I saw this setting once in an actual dream, and now I've got no idea if I saw a clip of the game before that... or if it's just a common subconscious vision of how we really want our cities to look. ;) Amazing atmosphere though.
I honestly couldn’t tell the difference between this and a triple A game on Steam, this is amazing, I wish I could make scenes this good for my animations
