im not sure if anyone else suggested taking matcha's battery out and putting it back in before trying to adjust her volume, but i was one of them and im so glad it helped. the spiderbo 311 from your junk squad actually taught me that haha he has the same quirk! he says hello 💕 these silly old bread dough dogs lol. with rcoky I have to take his battery out every time he's done charging, im not quite sure why but something about charging him resets his volume back to 3. curious to see if charging also triggers matcha's volume to reset but I'm glad to hear her iconic yelling is more manageable
