we have a ariens 924516 snowblower and we changed the 2 v-belts and friction disc and now the auger is continuously rotating without depressing the auger lever ! we adjusted the operating cables and still no improvement ,and now the drive wheels are slipping in forward and reverse ? any ideas please ? thank you and excellent video,,stay warm!

Any ideas as to how to loosen the torx bolts our machine is 10 years old and this is the first time i have tried to replace the fristion disk..

What is the indicator and where is it on the machine?
The indicator is on the side near the tire. Once it touches the end, the friction disc is worn down and should be replaced. Thanks for watching!
