One of the endless artistic tragedies of that diabolical Adolf Hitler and his diabolical policies. Youra's life apparently unravelled after she fled Nazi-occupied Europe. Had that not happened, I belive that she would have been one of the greatest pianists of all time with her extraordinary interpretative powers.
