Its really frustrating to do so much work and just because of technical issues you have to pay penalty and its not even about paying its about the stamp of " penalty". And the issue is literally of most of the websites where there are any due date there is issues on due dates maybe coz of so many ppl are using it at that time so it just crashes and its totally out of our hand. Hope this gets better.

CS kmp hota hai... Aur officer in default mein cover hota hai... Aur company ke koi bhi acts ke liye co khud zimmedaar nhi hoti balki uske peeche maujood log zimmedaar hote hain... Aur unhi logon mein cs bhi aata hai.... Isiliye penalty lgti h cs pr..
Usually company hi pay karti hai CS ki penalty kyuki company ke kehne pe hi/company ke wajah se hi delay/non compliance hota hai.
