- Make a Delorean time machine from Back To The Future. Celebrating 30 years since the launch of the film, I use Pepsi drinks cans to build a model of the car. Pepsi sponsored the films and the cans are made from steel, perfect for a Delorean! Also features the thrusters and Mr Fusion, but unfortunately no flux capacitor! Templates to make the Delorean are featured in the video.

That bit at 1:19 using a thumbnail to smooth the bend sent a shiver up my spine. I can envisage some children holding up their finished, bloodstained DeLorean with tattered stumps thinking "Fingers grow back, surely!"
I think it also wise to point out that this model car is also a fire hazard if pushed above 88.8 metres per hour.

I built the time machine for my 16 year old daughter, she's a total back to the future nut. It turned out pretty good. I got a bit lazy tho and used an old photocopier mother board pieces for the time machine components. Thanks for the cool idea Dave.
Time Travel Rules I set for myself
1. Don't change history only observe
2. Wear chothes from that time period
3. Only spend 5 mins in the past to prevent any mistakes that would change history
4. If history is changed by mistake travel back and change it back
5. Find a hide out so the time machine does not fall into the wrong hands 😎😇👍🚀
If future me breaks these rules I will learn from his mistakes and follow the rules.😉😍😇👍

I live in Singapore and the Pepsi cans are made from aluminium not steel. And I really want to make it! So could you make one from aluminium cans? IF it doesn't work,then experiment with other cans.IF it dosent work,then think of a solution but not paper and cardboard. I don't want it to be crushed easily. Also I like your creativity!
+Kell Bernard Gil Chew Why not just look around in shops for cans that are made of steel? Aluminium would work fine, he just likes steel because it's what the real car was made from.

1. Travel back to a time before the robot apocalypse
2. Do something that would prevent the robot apocalypse
3. Travel to the 22nd century
4. Invent a Device that can alter the odds in that time period

DeLoreans are actually made of fiberglass
The panels, and other materials are made of stainless steel, composite, or laminate
