Om my note 9 Samsung i went to my visual voice mail icon which was on my 3 app page, click on it then clicked on those 3 dots top right of the screen then click settings then click change voicemail password, with my phone it says it must be 7 digits then hit continue then follow instructions from there, give it a go, it worked for me FINALLY.
I can't change my password for my voicemail. And I don't feel comfortable leaving all my information to these multiple people, Yes so I can change my voicemail this is scam so Worry of this video

This does not work - do it from your account. Go to your device and click manage device and scroll down to change voicemail password. you're welcome.

try typing the last 4 digits of your phone number. Worked for me
