Bro can u check the case, if the case is closed try doing left and right the cap (dhakkan) with your thumb, it feels loose. Same problem was with airpods. Mine arrived just now

The noise can only be heard while you run fast or in a bus, meaning in a rough road with jerkings. Otherwise they are normal
