I am so glad that you did well at this craft fair/show. Yeah DFW has a lot of small towns that are booming and building subdevisions. So that equals people looking to have bigger houses for their growing families. I speak of this with experience as I was helping my sister with this situation, she had a house built in Prosper, which is starting to boom. A lot of young familes are there now. Yeah deffinately researching who you are marketing too and what's going on at the time is a great idea! I am going to make a suggestion, although it might not be your aesthetic, but try to incorporate some pop culture items. It might appeal to older kids or teenagers to help bridge that gap between age groups. Over all your product line up is very nice, you're keeping it streamlined and not overwhelming to your customers. Again I look foreward to see what you make. See you later!
Definitely a lot of development in the area. Thank you so much for the suggestion, it is a great idea, and I had not thought about that! Im having a craft show at a high school in November and I would definitely keep that in mind. Thanks you so much for your feedback!
I loved watching this again...so nice that you did so well. I am still preparing, shows won t start till august here...I am stocking...I always am affraid not having enough so I start with minium off 15 pacifierclip, 20 baby gift sets ect...I am making 30 lanterns right now. I see that you display your sets not as a pakkage yet, howvdo you wrap it if someone buys it? I think everythinh have to be together in the boxes yet or people won t be atracted, but there are a lot off boxes then. Well I am looking forwards to your next craftshow video. Good luck! Thanks so much for watching! Definitely build your inventory, it is better to have more than enough than barely enough, however this also depends on how big the activity is and the amount of public that is coming. I set the sets on the table and when people ask I tell them it is a set, my pacifiers I sell them separate. After they buy it, then put the set on a paper bag or a small box. Hope that helps! Thank you!
@@ShashisStitches Thank you. Normaly this is a big fair, the yearmarket off our town Edam wich is combined with a very tourist atracting edamcheese/folklore market. Now with Covid I can t predict how it will be, but I espect a lot of family s with kids. I have a Etsyshop , so it s a good thing to spread my name. I think your babyblankets with crochet borders are a great idear too.
That man doesn't seem to care very much that this nice woman is working so hard on her crochet business. He should at least remove himself from the frame.
