I bet you've gotten a lot stronger compared to when you first started. I bet you're strong just in general. :)

Yes, if you don't work your body against where gravity pulls you, you will just spin down and hit the ground! It's a fun move to learn but it was pretty difficult to dare trying in the beginning :)
