Ingredients List :
Fine Suji : 1 cup
Sour Butter Milk : 1 cup
salt to taste
Oil : 2 tbsp
Eno Fruit Salt : 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
For Besan Better:
Besan : 1/2 cup
Powder sugar : 1 tbsp
Limbu na Fool : 1/8 tsp
Hing : 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Eno Fruit Salt : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 1 tbsp
For Green Chatni :
Coriander : 1 cup
Ginger : 1 inch
Green Chilli : 2
salt to taste
Sugar : 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp
Water 1 to 2 tbsp Or As required.
For Tadka :
Oil : 1 tbsp
Rai : 1 tsp
jeera : 1 tsp
Sesame Seeds : 1 tbsp
Curry Patta : 8 to 10
Green Chilli : 2 tbsp
salt pinch
water : 1/4 cup
Dhokala Garnish with chopped Coriander and coconut.
