Fishing for Smallmouth Bass in April - Washington State (part 1)

This is a little footage of my success in April for Smallmouth Bass - Lake Stevens. I'll do a followup sharing my techniques and bait choice. Glad to see I caught on to the pattern given a colder-than-usual spring.

Well these fish are already acting as if it's mid or late April 2023, so now is a good time to get out. I don't fish whatcom, a little far for me. I have lakes that are closer that fish just as well down here.

I used to bank fish a ton. I used Google maps to find spots. I also looked up any public docks around lake Washington, I targeted residential areas
