Love that Avery is back. Teeter needs to be kept on the show because she wears the brand. I hated seeing Rip beat Lloyd but understand why it had to play out the way it did. Only complaint is the announcement at the beginning saying "limited commercials". There are more commercials than the actual show 🙄. I will continue to watch the show but will record it and skip the commercials. Also, I don't like the advertisement for the spin-off show taking time out of the Yellowstone story.
I spent the $20 for the season pass on Amazon, no commercials and worth every penny to me.

When the actors talk of their characters, you definitely sense they are two separate entities. Except Lloyd.

Does anyone else wonder how Walker was able to fight so well after he had just been stabbed in the chest the day before?
If Jamie is smart enough to remember what Beth said about destroying anything or anybody he loves, I'm wondering how he's going to keep this baby a secret. And I really have a hard time believing he's that stupid. It's almost unreal.

Well if he was smart enough because he doesn't have the guts to kill his biological father maybe he can show Beth he loves him and she will kill him instead

Love those behind the scene shots. Kudos to the cinemaphotographer for the shot angles. The quality of that comes across our TV screens looks like this is a theatrical production. And, of course, kudos to the talent for making it look easy!
If Teeter doesn't get brought back, I won't boycott, but I won't be happy. Her character is one of the best on the show!!
Regardless, a phenomenal episode! I'll be watching it a second time before next Sunday.

The writing between the characters Beth and Summer was hysterical. Good job.
I do wonder how the murder attempt on the family will play out. Now that Jamie is caught up in it it’ll be interesting to see if he comes forward with the family.
Kind of cool that the young girl is back. I didn’t expect that. Well played well played indeed.
If I were to write how this plays out, I would have Beth force Jamie to kill his own father and Christina, then take Jamie out herself and take his child as her own.
@@SamSolasdonSaol Interesting take. Beth and Rip have the boy. I don’t think her character would be involved with taking out Christina because of the guilt she is carrying for her mother.
I hope they do a better job with Tate. He and his mother are a little bit of a drag at this point.

The Storyline, the Actors, the Symmetography, the Music at the opening scene is all beautifully done. Don't need the pretty female's to make it popular. It is holding its own. It is a fantastic series. I hope it stays on for year's. ❤

Yellowstone Has an audience bigger than I believe they ever dreamed of. Maybe I'm Wrong but the writers directors producers were not expecting the fans to fall so deeply in love with all of the characters in Yellowstone. I'm one of those fans. Something has happened they seem to have lost their way maybe all the spinoffs are telling the story of John Dutton got to where he is today. That's fine looks like it'll be good. But Yellowstone is about the Here and Now and that's what I fell in love with definitely not for the light-hearted although there is a genuine and very real love in many of the characters.Well maybe this is just to let us know that Yellowstone as we have come to know it will only be with us for a little while. If they're in it for the long term they need to go back to the beginning and remember what the story was about. So far it has felt like they didn't know what to do where to go with the rest of it. All right so every show needs sponsors but commercials every few seconds that was insane and while we're talking about insanity Jamie finding out (his real father) ordered the murder of the entire Dutton family!!!! Next thing we see is Jamie crying & hugging his convict father, this criminal that murdered his mother with all the social graces of a turd,had the ability to get through to Jamie with such a lame insane almost hilarious reason. Yep we all know Jamie is flawed,but really???? Cliffhanger of Cliffhangers!!!! There it was the one who ordered it!!!! That was the big reveal,that was the moment that we've all been waiting for. They were supposed to seize that moment and make that a very big part Yellowstone! I hope they redeem themselves they have the right people writers actors & a great story. I looked up to see who the writer of the show is it says John Coveny. For some reason I thought it was Taylor Sheridan. Well whoever is writing. This is a great opportunity to do something that has not been done in a very long time and that is to have a powerful and very successful series for quite a while! It's yours for the taking and if you don't get it right well it's just, I guess it's just one of those things. Lost half of my comment below. Why is Yellowstone being shown on the CMT channel at the same time Paramount is showing it. It's not every Sunday but Iv'e seen two or three times now. It's also listed in the TV Guide that way when they do show it.

The first episode was good. Down hill fast from there. Teeter needs to come back
This episode was weak and slow in spots. The scene that saved it was the 'boy' at the end!!! I watched that scene 3 times. He nailed it... It also made me think about youth... He was wanting to be him while I being 59 watched John walk away and thought he has the weight of the world on his shoulders... Oh to be young and naive...

Seeing the crew wear masks behind the scenes is a nice reminder of how stupid Hollywood is.
Has anyone thought about the irony between the young boy, Carter and Rip at the end of this episode. As John, lost in his thoughts walks alone up the hill, Carter, referring to John, says out loud, "I want to be him," Then we see, Rip, lost in anger and frustration after beating up Loyd, probably his best and only friend. Like Carter, when Rip was his age, Rip probably idolized John too. And now, as an adult, is Rip questioning his own decision to "be like him"? Is he beginning to wonder about the admiration and loyalty he has shown and given, for so many years, to John?
I don't think that was his thought process at all. I think he just didn't like to have to beat the shyte out of his best friend.
This show has incredible writing and character development. Every single character can simultaneously be beloved while they do things that are despicable. We hope that nothing happens to Lloyd and yet Walker is a character that we like too. Beth is an awful person, but she steals every scene. We pity Jaime, hope he redeems himself, but love seeing Beth treat him like trash. The characters are compelling, damaged, morally corrupt and we love them for it. And then add in the star of the show, the environment. The only gripe I ever had with this show is that we didn't get to know the other brother Lee.
I just bought the complete chain of Yellowstone on two DVD's. I like that ancient old white America.
Never the less i will install a fu..counter while watching it. I don't know why they have to say it that much. That's a bit a pitty but hell yeah....
