Hiya! I am enjoying watching your videos as I’m coming to protaras in July, staying at the king Jason.. hoping that’s a good choice! Would you be able to tell me what the restrictions are like at the moment regarding vaccine passports? I understand you don’t need it to enter Cyprus but what is it actually like whilst out there.. do they ask to see before entering shops/restaurants? Or will I be ok with showing a negative test like I have to for entry into Cyprus? Thankyou xx
It's just restaurants at the moment, but there is a meeting next week and saying all could be scrapped so wait and see what happens then. But yes it's proof of vaccines or neg test but tbh most don't ask. Great hotel, you will love it.

Hello great to see places are starting to open for the season when did you do this vlog as I've seen that The Love Boat is now open and The Ghetto and Sphix bars are also open. Love Waves Bar had a few lovely cocktails in there enjoyed people watching lol. Enjoyed a snack salad in The Malthouse it was massive shared with my friend. When you start to do your hotel visit could you go into The Sunrise Pearl please.Have a great week😎🌞🙂
Yiasou Kokos, that's quite a detailed Stroll in this...Bravo! Gives us a good Idea of what's New, as I hope to be there in Sep. You mentioned one of my relatives places, Jimmy's "Bells", But you walked right past "Erato", one of the Best Steakhouses there. That's my Godfather's brother, George that owns that. Then you got "Hippocampus" owned by my brother in law's family Andreas and Soulla. They do freshly prepared Sushi which is amazing and all sorts of other delicious food at reasonable prices. Now, you mentioned "Avli", which is a New one on me and does sound one to definitely try as I do love the Traditional Cypriot food and they do sound reasonably priced. Thanks so much for creating and sharing this Kokos and I do hope we get to meet one day. Na'sai kala file mou kai kalo Pasxa.
My dad, brother and I just returned 2 days ago from protaras, and it was and still is the best time for a long time, I cant wait to return there, Rockafeller and love boat still one we go. Sfinx has now lost its appeal to me.
Another great Vlog just a quick question George when I come over in June I will be hiring a car for a few days where are you allowed to park as i see a lot of bays along the strip in Protaras but unsure if these are permitted bays I know there is a car park by the Tourist information can you give me info or if you are doing another stroll down the strip before June could you point them out so i am aware where to park soon be over and getting around
Most of the ones on the strip are for taxis and disabled. There is parking as you say by tourist info and some side roads, big car park just as you enter the strip. Will point them all out on the next vlog Mike. Happy Easter. 😊

Pernera has its own strip with bars and restaurants too. Your hotel is about 3 mins walk from the beach and about 5 mins walk to the pernera strip. It's a great hotel you will have a fantastic time.
