I would tell a family member to mask up and clear that joint out, as they would technically be on the hook for not automatically making certain, the place was secure after they took him into custody. They were simply to upset with him for not admitting what they wanted him to, that they left the property unsecured. He could pretty much prove by their own body cameras showing what property was inside during his detainment.
None of his bike isn’t stolen. They really have no search warrant at all. Get a lawyer. Make them pay you for the year you sat in jail & for taking the bike. Plus fees they charged you. They just don’t wanna see you elevate so they sit in a room stalking UA-cam bikers & stalks where your shop is. Time to relocate bro.

I got profiled by my local police department for having the “bike with green spokes” on the street even tho it was my buddy on a yz250f with green spokes.. I’m on a kx100 but the cop realized my bike was cold and not running at all that day so he felt salty and never got profiled again luckily

If they have arrest warrant that is not a search warrant. It gives them zero legal reasons to enter property.

For future reference, put your business in a trust along with anything else you have of value as well as a LLC based in a state where your identity is private. Therefore, you don’t legally own anything. Your trust and LLC own it. However, you’re a dependent of them. This would eliminate the possibility of them searching anything that’s not directly connect to you.

You don't need to pay thousands to these dirty lawyers for the criminal complaint and arrest.. you do however need a good attorney for the lawsuit, which shouldn't charge you anything until he wins the case. On the criminal side, Plead not guilty, ask for a speedy trial, and submit a foil request for the body cams and any other audio/video of them entering your building without consent, or a warrant. When they drop charges, you need to be ready to file the lawsuit immediately, as there is a time limitation to do so. Good luck and FTP!!
