Open them until it gives you some req points back. This is the games way of saying "you've unlocked every permanent unlock in this type of pack...move on to the next one up. I disagree with pingy you can still get some decent permanent unlocks in the bronze packs (like the classic BR scope)

What I haven't unlocked: 60 commons, 74 uncommons, 228 rares, 171 U rares, 144 legendaries. Not sure if I should make the switch yet.
