Damn I’m literally going last minute and never been to Vegas before. LETS FUCKING GOOOOO
So I live in Las Vegas and cant wait to go to EDC this year. However please dress warm as the high is going to be in the high 70's and the lows will be around 58 degrees. It sucks to have the event in October but that is the way it is so make sure you have warm clothes on even if you will be dancing most of the night like me.

Thank you for all the info! 2 questions, 1: If your air mattress has a plug in pump can you plug it into the outlets in the shift pod or will that blow the fuse? 2: Can you lock your tent from the inside when you are sleeping? :)

This is my first time going to edc, I'm curious because I read that the security guards are pretty touchy. How have it been for you in the past?
honestly it depends on the security guard, I've been slightly pat by some and I've been groped by others

You should get a back up pair of glasses from Zenni. I have a rainbow pair that was like $30 that I bring to festivals so I don’t have to worry about my nice glasses. All you need is your pupil distance and prescription.
Can you bring Beatboxes even tho they are 16.9 oz?

What would best the best approach when arriving at Camp EDC. Would you go to check in first with all your stuff or checkin first and then grab your stuff?
Check in first and then after that go back and get your things

Would I have issues getting in?
I wouldn't say it's ditches and holes but its for sure uneven rocky terrain when you pull into the parking lot. I don't know how low your car is but I would say be careful.

I have a question! It’s my first time doing Rv camp. Do you need an AMP to even be allowed to camp?
I'm pretty sure you cannot turn on your RV when you park till you are about to leave edc. So I would get an AMP but you can double check
Can I bring in a pop up cot instead of an air mattress??

Question for alcohol, I wanted to take soju which is 13% which is allowed but it only comes in Glass. Do you think they'll allow me to take it in the camp if when checking in I show them the percentage and pour it into a plastic container and toss out the glass? I just want to see what it is, do you think it's worth a shot?
Honestly no it's not worth the shot. Just bring something that's already in plastic because I'm pretty sure they will not allow that.
Dude just put it into a plastic container or something. Trust me they are not that stringent about check alcohol unless it's glass. They're checking in thousands of people day 1 and all of their luggage. Those guys were run ragged and were just trying to get everybody through as fast as possible.

It’s pretty slow and chill on Thursday and fills up by the evening
