Thanks Jason for an amazing interview and creating a platform for nurses. Course is about to be launched July 1st. Content creator begins work feb 1st. Been consistent with posting. Podcast and UA-cam feb 1st. Proud to say I have a a team. I took your advise and implemented everything.
I've had those real estate investors call me offering to buy my house. I tell them I'll sell it for $1million dollars and they have to rent it back to me for $1000 per month for 2 years and they will pay all utilities including HOA. They say "you can keep it" A new one bedroom townhouse in my area is $500, 000 and they are going up. This is in the north east. During Covid I rent rooms to travel nurses. I'm a nurse but dont do travel. I figured out how to get part of that money without leaving my residence. It worked.
Christy, if you are reading this you can get with an accent reduction coach. I went to one and it was the best think i every did. I went to a an older man in NY. He might not be alive any more but if you are in California I'm sure there are several accent reduction coaches there. Just google accent reduction coaches and you'll find someone.
@@NursesToRiches I went to an accent reduction coach in NY about 15 years ago. If she's bothered by her accent they are in NY and California. They work with actors and anyone who wants to speak more American. It was the best $100 per hour I ever spent.
She took fearless massive action! I was a CNA then became a LPN and worked in correctional which I actually loved, then I went to mental health nursing and retired after 20+ years. But I been trying to get into real estate investing for 3 years, I can't afford a mentor. I have LLC and business set up, I just need to take the kind of action Christy has. My mind is blown.
Great video, I wish I had brains like these foreigners from Africa. They are killing it in everything. One thing I noticed is a lot of them have support and encouragement from there families. When your from the hood like myself the people don’t encourage you or want you to succeed so you end up being in the same circle of people unless there locked up. I can’t wait to start nursing school it will be a start.
I agree.. I grew up in the projects and I had to distance myself from everyone I grew up with because they didn't share the same will and determination that I did to get out of the slums and make a life for myself. You will do big things, I can tell. Keep on pushing no matter what obstacles you face and you will eventually find yourself in a place where you will never have to worry about where the money for your next meal, mortgage payment, or luxury vacation is coming from.
I agree to disagree, as an Immigrant who also became an RN, I know the extreme challenges I experienced and can’t wish them on anyone. One thing I learned is to take responsibility for my life no matter what!
The way i see it is that if you were with support its not as easy as said. Unless you’re born with a good or strong brain besides personality then its possible but if not then its a struggle no matter how much you want it, try it, study for it or work along with it but it doesn’t happen. I did all that when i was younger and got in debt and even worked to get myself out of debt then tried to even get back to try learning general knowledge to get into a program to be a nurse or get a job to make better money regardless of not being a nurse, with giving up after failure after failure i still want and try years later but not successful.
Same for most people in their countries. People come together because they are in a new place and have a common goal. Americans move to other countries and do the same thing.
I watched a lot of youtube videos. Your interviews are 🔥. Your Q & A are tip tier. I just subscribed and will watch much more of your content. I'm in different industry but your content motivates me in its on way. Keep it coming!

Really appreciate your video I am a nurse and I am in the same space for real estate had two deals 💰💰now working prn and pushing to skilling my business appreciate the support
She's amazing great drive, as well great family push on the next note it doesn't cost that much to start wholesaling ? You can actually start at $0.00, I actually did start at $0.00. So I don't want people to feel intimidated or feel that they have to pay someone to start. That can be scary for some people who wants to start. I learned it on UA-cam myself and closed 2 deals my 1st month total $25,000.
In short, you don't need a license to be a real estate wholesaler because wholesalers don't actually sell properties; instead, they sell a contract to someone else who will buy the property. But if you have a license to sell real estate as a real estate broker or agent, some states require you to inform the property sellers when you make an offer and sign a contract.
The recruiter saying you are going to loose your license is full of shit. They think they can threaten us just so they don’t loose out on their “pay”. Shady business these recruiters and travel agencies are running.
Hello, I love your videos! Is it mandatory that you pay rent somewhere while completing your travel contract or is it based on the state you’re traveling to?
Nice interview. However, i am unsure of how she does her dispositions. She wasn't too clear about that. So when she gets the properties who does she sell them to?
As a real estate wholesaler, Christy finds someone who is looking to sell their home. She then puts the seller's home under contract and then finds an interested investor to buy it. Christy assigns her rights in the contract to the buyer at a higher price than the price agreed to with the seller and keeps the difference. Wholesalers usually look for distressed properties, or homes that need repairs and they take on the role of a middleman to match investors/buyers with sellers. So, it's not like fixing and flipping a property. Christy, as a real estate wholesaler, doesn't make any renovations on the properties she buys and doesn't have to carry any of the costs involved in the repairs.
I'm so glad you asked her about a course because I would be willing to pay her to show me how to do what she did if I can be sure it would help me to make money too. Quicker way for her to become a millionaire for sure lol.
As a realestate investor and Agent, I can agree that wholesalers can make money however, it’s not a sustainable business. At some point I encourage wholesalers to start holding on to their investments to build wealth. Best of luck nursepreneurs!!!
Why you say wholesaling is not a sustainable business? Because I agree that you can’t just do wholesaling but do wholesaling and wholetailing, wholesaling and creative financing, or wholesaling and fix and flip.
@@rjsmusicstudio4716 I say that because I have been doing Real estate for 7 years and I see wholesalers and flippers in and out of this business when they don't plan to hold on to some of their investments. It's a very active business and you need some passive sources of income which helps in the long term just my opinion. Personally I prefer buy and hold investments.
Real estate wholesaling very little capital to start made good money but be careful with gurus they paint this business as easy but it’s not my mentors made 200k-500k per month from wholesaling and fixing and flipping.
For sure. There are gurus out there who take advantage of their customers but Christy doesn't have, nor was she even trying to sell a course. That is what impressed me the most about her.

Would your 1-hour mentoring session cover all the rubics needed to succeed as a wholesaler or that's just an appetizer like most so-called gurus charge and then begin to introduce other services for sale?
