I have one confusion. To check alkalinity or acidity of the tank water, we normally use pH meter.
If I buy a pH meter, then, I don't need to buy an Alkalinity meter, I guess, as both the instruments will provide the results for the same element.
Am I right?

Using we can measure whether if the water is acidic, neutral or alkaline. But alkalinity of water is different, using alkalinity testing kit, we check what's presence of alkalinity in the water

As you are giving feed to fishes, you need to also feed the bacteria who are helping to control ammonia. So that depends upon your type of feeding cycle, stocking density, aeration, etc. Call me we can have talk on this
