- Hello everyone welcome to my channel INDER AND EXCAVATION MACHINERY
In this video when I visit the machine so machine engine brake the RPM at load...
so after inspection I found the engine not receiving the enough amount of diesel from the diesel filters, because diesel filters are clogged . After replacing the filters ..machine working 💪 ok...
something about me
My Name Is Inderjeet Singh Gautam. I’m From Hindustan (India). Let me tell you guys something about me. After pass out from Haigh School from Chandigarh. I do Industrial training in the trade of COE Automobiles for two years.
Some of my experiences
From 2014 to till now I am working with heavy equipment’s like… TRUCK’S_ BUS_EXCAVATORS_BACKHOE LOADER’S_WHEEL LOADERS_HYDRA CRANS & Many other types of hydraulic machinery.
In INDIA, I work for one of govt. transportation company(apprenticeship) after that I work for JCB dealership, then I move to Hyundai dealership.
In 2019 I start my own hydraulic repair workshop near Chandigarh with the help of two partners.
And august 2022 I moved to Ghana (West Africa),

Same problem thi but uske hydraulic pump dabraha tha to maine hydraulic pump ka regulator ka half round decrease kardi dono p1 ,p2 tab uska rpm thik hai😊

Did you check hydraulic pressure before you touch the hydraulic pump....if hydraulic pump pressure is OK...so I don't think you do anything with pump...
Always check diesel line...or injection pressure..

Vo bhot Jada fuel ratio Kharab hone per karta hai...or me video me dikha nahi paya is machine me bhi black smoke tha
Bhai tata hitachi 200 super mai boom priority valve kisse kahte hai aur vo konsi jagah hota hai
Control Valve ke ander hota hai...
@@INDEREXCAVATIONMACHINERY bhai mer ex-200 super hai single functiom mai boom sahi hai par swing ke sath boom bahut slow ho jata hai khali swing ke sath hi problem hai hydraulic pressure aur pilot pressure dono sahi hai.
Bhai koi solution do kaise thik hoga.
Bheya tata meassin ka travel time may rpm down hota hai 😢😢😢 bohot tensen

Diesel line sab check kiya or fuel filter change karne ke bad me bhi problem nahi hati
To maine governor ko direct 1800 rpm pe badh ke chalya to bhi same problem aa raha kaya karu sir ji please reply soon
