This division will be tough! Let's see how the Lions do this year, playing the #1 schedule. All I know is that it's hard to win the division back-to-back. Green Bay is the only team that has done this throughout the years because they have a Hall of Fame quarterbacks.
Lions, Packers, Vikings, bears, Lions) Have a complete team ( for once) Packers) Have a few holes to fill ( Loves progression has become phenomenal) Vikings) major holes in the OL ( McCarthy will struggle). Bears) Rookie QB, weak weak weak OL. and a running back who couldn't get 1000 yards with the top 2 OL IN THE NFL. Defense is the only good thing about this team and that's being nice...
The holes in the oline for the vikings have more to do with the run than the pass. As a unit they were an excellent pass blocking unit. Their main issue is that their center is athletic but small, and cant move big NT's. Ingram is young and still has room to improve on run blocking and risner is a really good pass blocker but gets swallowed up in the run game. JJ will be protected in the pass but the run game definitely still has some area for concern
So true I hate it when people think JJ McCarthy or Caleb Williams are just going to be elite QBs like Lamar Jackson of Patrick Mahomes or even like Goff day one
@@chrisroberts8625just look at his stats he’s a top 5 QB and he took the rams to a super bowl he just didn’t win it and you can’t deny he’s only gotten better
@@chrisroberts8625 Why do you think the Lions stuck with him and were within 4 points of making the Superbowl and facing a team they beat earlier in the year? They used the high draft picks they got along with Goff to build around him, unlike the Bears who just dumped Fields.
Whatever hapoens i think the NFC North can agree if other teams wanna prove theyre playoff ready, they gotta be able to one of us. Viking being the wildcard cause who knows with their new qb shows the floor is still higher than many other teams ceilings
I think you were honest with your review! If Caleb is better than Justin the Bears are going to make the playoffs with or without Detroit. Because with the weapons that we aquired over the off season Justin would've made the playoffs!!! This division is really tight & I can forsee us all in for a brawl starting in the last 8 weeks of the season Because we play all of our division rivals at the end of the year. Rapid fire games to the playoffs!!!! The cream will rise to the top! BEARDOWN!!!!
This is what happenes when 2 rebuilds fully workouts da AFC north is da only division that’s better then da NFC north 💯Long are the days when this is just da Aaron Rodgers it’s finally parody in da North and as a Bears fan I am hear for it
That's because fan bases are delusional. This division will be won by either Detroit or GB, most likely Detroit but both will make the playoffs. Minnesota is a year or 2 away. As soon as JJ is ready. They're loaded on offense though so it could be sooner. Chicago..if they had kept JF drafted MHJr and took Fashanu at 9 then I would say they absolutely have a shot at making the playoffs. Instead they went with the rookie and just like Trevor Lawrence, Bryce Young, Joe Burrow even Jared Goff all QBs that went 1st overall all struggled as rookies so they aren't winning shite, not next yr, sorry.
Game is still won and loss in the trenches. Detroit's going to prove that. Only OL or DL that I see is better than what Detroit has is the Packers DL. And the Lions have more weapons than GB.
Stroud struggled? Yeah, the "something can't happen because I never saw it happen before" is straight out of the villain of every movie I've ever watched dialogue book. The hero fights for individual rights. The villain states that they will protect *their idealism of* the status quo. The status quo is the Established Past. You're literally saying nothing can happen for the first time. The Vikings are an unknown. The Lions _and Bears_ are hampered by controlling, micro-managing play-callers. Micro-managers _can't see_ when they are better off leaving things free from their meddling. It's their identity. "Everything needs My Input." I expect the Lions to decline simply because when things go well, micro-mangers change them. It's in order to create a perception that their meddling is required. & while I expect Eberflus to call few if any of the plays he used to sabotage Fields right away, the First Time Caleb makes a great play out of the structures he wants to impose, I'll bet we start seeing some changes. The Packers should take the division as much by default as anything.
@@steezbreakdowns you mean the patchwork safety class they rolled out? Or the Joe Barry play 10 yard off defense? Was still better than the lions secondary and might wanna look at the draft. There's a reason the lions got Carlton and drafted corner help

One thing Detroit, Chicago, and Minnesota fans can agree on is we hate the packers

It’s true, as a lions fan for the last two decades my favorite part of every season was watching Aaron Rodger’s lose in the NFC championship

Vikings interior o-line isn't great, but they have two phenomenal tackles. Actually a decent o-line overall, particularly with pass blocking.
I don't see 8 wins between the bears and Vikings, the Texans season wasn't normal and I don't see it happening again anytime soon.
