You expect us to treat it differently but you slapped "addicted heroin" on it which is someone's else work and then destroyed the original characters, their mental and emotional developments, stemming from dysfunctional family dynamics which are missing; the fundamentals and essence of the story which it is built on in regard to their social life and relationships- also absent from this series. And this episode is incoherent and has zero of anything related to Addicted. This is not an adaptation!! You should've called it something else and put a caption that it was inspired instead. First mistake was obviously casting a 15 year old kid- for some reason you wouldn't let go of. Secondly it took you a while to find an actor to even willingly act in this role with that said kid. Third- if you, the director, wanted to "experiment", like you said on X, and do something "different", to a point of making everything "kid friendly" then maybe you shouldn't have chose this story because that'd make no sense. How do you tone down violence ? How you tone down sexual assault ? How do you tone down toxicity and possessiveness that is Gu Hai??? You didn't tone it down, you took it all away. If I were the author, I'd be so offended and ask you to remove the title and not mention my name at all. Seriously ... I was considering about paying to be a member once most episodes are out but after seeing this episode... I changed my mind. I gave this a chance. But I'm done. This episode is the final straw for me. 😢

Leading to WU BI telling hat despicable snake of YE Wanying in the karaoke corridor scene: 苏御... 是我的 - Sū yù... shì wǒ de = SU YU... is MINE...! 😳🥵😍 In STAY WITH ME that snake of YE Wanying acted so well betraying everyone, and playing the victim all the time in SU YU's eyes that it was really unbearable for WU BI, giving us really many amazing heartbreaking moments. 🥺😢😭 She was as good as the fake Miss WAD in "Century Of Love"... just a while ago... really making everyone believe that she was "the real WAD", which lead almost to P'SAN's death. 🥵 Are we going to see such similar scenes here in this Thai version compare to STAY WITH ME....(?) The answer is "probably NOT". 😏 But that is because here HERO is going all crazy, and will have that snake of ไพลิน - PHAILIN - hunted, kidnaped, and practically murdered. 🥵 😵💫 😂 The general- mafia kid will be showing POP - once again - how far he can go if anyone dares to interfere between them. 🫣 Cheers...!
I am grateful and congratulatory for the work they are doing, because at least we are past the point of the 2015 version. I know that no series is going to make it past the book, but I would like them to get more out of the moments of flirting and games between the two main characters.

Honestly, just this one part of the episode feels so rushed. Like a lot of things happened but I don't know what happened or how it happened. I understand that every version of Addicted can make their own changes but it's unfortunate that some key scenes from the novel and original show werent included in this show. I think this show would've been better with more eps or 2 seasons and with a complete adult cast. I'm not trying to bash the actors in this show because the acting isn't the issue. They did a good job with the script they were given. But the show itself leaves a lot to be desired. It's so disappointing because I've been waiting for someone to do the novel justice and I thought Thailand, the King of BL dramas, could do it. 😮💨
