Is it your own knowledge or book knowledge? There are veru different rules in different countries and I am curious about the source. For example in Poland the rules are "sow leafy plants in first week after new moon, fruiting plants and trees in second week, root crops in third week and do not sow anything in fourth week before next new moon". Are you from europe or from other continent?
I am definitely not one to KNOW all things...lol....but I will pitch in my 2 cents. From a seeds point of view----they have no clue where they are...they just do what God made them to do. When they come in contact with warmth and moisture (in a paper towel or damp soil)---you have started their growing process. That might be clear as mud, but I truly do hope it helps. Jesus bless.
