This is my new favorite juggling video by Wes Peden, who happens to be my son. I'm a piano teacher and the books I use to teach have a couple of songs about jugglers. Whenever my students get to one of these songs, I always show them one of Wes's videos so they can see some amazing juggling. They are always wowed! Wes, I'm so proud of you. And great job by Aaron with the video shooting and editing!
I really liked the 1-shot from 1:30 to 2:10. Really impressive choreography between the juggler and the camera operator, And of course it helps that the tricks make fun use of the environment :)
I came here to say basically this. It's like watching the progression from Space Invaders to GTA V. Loved the whole one shot sequence, lots of coordination needed to get that right! Amazing juggling and camerawork.
Wow, that just got me really nostalgic for when my juggling friends and I used to just hang out in the city and use absolutely everything as a prop. Great stuff!
@@wespeden Yeah and last week I got 30 catches of 5 clubs for the first time I am so happy and I love all of your Videos and I hope so much that I can see you in reallife in a convention 🥺😪🤘
Your juggling is like a magic line of skate tricks, and most of those tricks make me rewind the video to watch them again. You are an inspiration for my way of flipping and catching things, I send you a big hug from Argentina.
It combines the spirit of juggling and skateboarding perfectly! Love it! Remindes me of Sean Mckinney, as others already commented, I adore this style of juggling! Thank you for his video
A new Peden video! Best present of all. Love seeing tricks I've never seen before. Not half bad Wes. You know, if you stick with it, you might just make something out of this juggling thing.
oh man, this is a fun one. Not to be a nostalgic old man, but this kinda takes me back to the VHS days, watching Sean McKinney in Caught Clean. Good work Wes, good work.
@@wespeden :). King indeed! He broke the mold and changed the scene, and he was so incredibly sweet. He took me under his wing when I was young, got me started in street performing, let me crash on his couch (so unbelievably generous). I can't claim to have known him as well as some did, but I think he would be excited to see this.
Ice Cream is the reason I started juggling and now practicing is one of the brightest parts of my day! Thanks for the inspiring content. This one is sick! Love how the pink and white look against the greyness of the city. Couldn't stop smiling! :D Favorite trick: the one where the clubs spiral, like swimming fishes, at 5:13. That one blew my mind the way looked.
I've been following you for years. I'm always amazed that you never run out of ideas. You are a creative genius, with the talent to execute every move. You always make me laugh. My favorite tricks of yours are the bathroom juggling from your last video, and the outtakes where you made rings do impossible slo-mo things with editing. If you have a patreon or some other way to accept support, please let me know! I wish you the best.
Hi Eric! Thanks so much! That's so cool of you to ask how you can support my work! I don't have a Patreon unfortunately. You can buy my longer videos on my website but it seems like from your comment you might have already done that : P Hopefully I'll have another one done this year! All the best to you : )
Man, why did you stop juggling? I did stop throwing as well for a couple of years actually, but got back to it recently and it was my best decision in years:)
@@mordkontra I got fascinated by movement arts and developmental psychology, I'm trying to connect those now. But hey, maybe at some point I'll integrate it with juggling ;)
Now this is what boxing day is about! Breaking out of those old molds, best performance artist Wes! So inspiring! Best trick: the balance club reach around 'isolation' pattern was a good homage to the social insanity proscribed self-isolation. Also, it is good to see your face out in public, thanks for that@
Maaaan! This is amazing! 😍 Thank you and Aaron for the video! After watching, there were mixed feelings. This pleasure from watching videos, the video goes well with the music, it is joy, the desire to go juggle, and a little sadness - the year is coming to an end, a lot of things have been achieved, a lot of things still to come. I wish you all the best for the years to come!
Thanks Alexey! Yeah it was so so cool that Aaron could edit AND make the music for the video. He worked everything together so well! Glad it hyped you up to go juggle!
Hey Wes? Eric Jackson, big fan. I loved how nostalgic this video becomes with little homages to videos past. The five clubs running through the frame from Scissor Catch, I’m guessing, the balance run from Synthetic bonus content, if I recall correctly, juggling in the plaza of what looked like Stockholm from Plaid, if I’m not mistaken. All of those wonderful memories of watching those videos for the first time came flooding back while also being amazed at an impossibly dense series of new tricks and environmental sequences. Favorite trick: entertaining children Favorite shot: the “one-shot” with several of you marching as in a parade Wonderful stuff as always, W.
Hi Eric! That's crazy you remember all those clips from older videos and bonuses! You're exactly right about the running with the balance. I thought it was a cool idea at the time year ago but it didn't turn out how I wanted in that video. I was stoked to film it again with someone behind the camera who could make sure it was all looking good! Thanks for taking the time to write such a nice and thoughtful comment! Have a lovely day!
Wes, your vids are the most fun juggling vids I have ever seen. Your combo of creative ideas with sick technical skill is inspiring! LOL, I thought to myself "he is the Andy Anderson of juggling"..and in the next scene you got out the skateboard. Jinx! Keep these amazing creations coming!!
Watching it every day ! such a good vibe in that ! always pushing the boundaries of juggling wes ! thanks for that, and keep up the good spirit and ideas !

Such a life-affirming, unique vid! Congrats! Actually this clip made me watch it three times in a row, and that happens quite rarely to me:) Thanks for this!!!
Thank you for sharing your juggling with the world, Wes. This is a super-fun video, full of positive energy and it gives me inspiration to work on a few elbow-bounce tricks like 4:34 to add some salt into my practice. My favorite part was 4:58 where the children were smiling and watching you through the window. Literally sharing the joy of throwing things with the next generation, I'm sure they'll all remember that day. :)

The spider web!!! And the patterns where the ground held the pattern. So whimsical
