Krav is a good starter system but it sucks for ground work and grappling. I mean you could learn more in a few classes of Wrestling and BJJ than you would learn in years in Krav.
put elbows on outside of knees, not inside, because they will instinctively try grab your foot and kick you in the head and you cant defend from there.. you are not going to knee yourself in the head like you said
I study Krav Maga a long time. I thought his point was very good. In the stress of fight in the specific position- even without great flexibility- it's very easy to knee yourself.

I did Krav hard core for 4 years !!! First day of class in Wrestling and BJJ.. I get destroyed by a kid lol
