A lot of grinding the blessing stages...Sometimes you get lucky and can finish it within few tries. Most of the time you grind for few hours. Luckily, I'm strong enough now with just 2-3 ult blessings to clear whole normal difficulty.
140% ult blessing helps a lot. After that skills give 30% crit dmg + 10% increase enemy dmg taken. Support gives +15% ult dmg, 15% enemy increase dmg taken and +15% cit dmg. Also I have quite high attack. You can look at my sjw stats at the end of the video.

Lies I have plum 5 and still can't beat it
Keep in mind, after phase 1 it seems Vulcan gets a hidden def boost on this difficulty.
