June didn"t raise Allana and after the way she took Alana's money and has not been in her kids lives I think she shouldnt have custody of her granddaughter. Her life is too hectic.

I hope micheal can use all this proof in court. I think he is the better person to take custody. Also, i think even with that micheal, not being the bio father is a red flag to court since mana june is blood. Baffles me thar june cant even take care of her own children, yet dollar signs with kaitlyn. I hope the judge sees what's best and that micheal gets it. If anything, mandatory visits so the sisters can be in each other lives.
@@kolbi-sis The potential for mandatory visits is a topic that baffles me in general as June keeps claiming she's not allowed to see Kylee, yet she isn't petitioning the court to make visitation mandatory. She can. Grandparents have rights like that in Georgia. If she ever does come on a live with ElleBee; that's a question I would want answered as if she really wants to see Kylee that badly she can have it court mandated. If anything that may be something the court wants to know as it's already going to look odd to the judge that she's only filing for custody of Kaitlyn, and not Kylee, if Michael really was to be unstable you'd want both of them out of the house.
The judge won’t raise a red flag, that’s the thing the judge for one has to be non-basis! Second, it doesn’t matter if Michael is the biological father or not, the point is he’s been a stable supportive father figure in his life! And, third it doesn’t matter if the biological grandmother is got temporary custody of Kaitlyn, the judge is still going to decide which will be the better parent figure in the child’s life! June hasn’t really been in Kaitlyn’s life as much as she claims. Being a blood relative doesn’t necessarily make one a fit parent, you can be a blood relative to the child and you may completely unfit to be a parent! Not in all cases just because, one is blood related does that mean one will automatically be awarded custody of that child! That judge is going to know he or she is going to do a background check of the parties involved in the case! Then, he’s going to way the evidence he has, the goal is to make sure the child is in a loving stable home! 30:01

A judge will (and should) look at past visitations and time spent with her biological father. I also bet June’s mom is gonna fight for Kaitlyn be with her father.
I have heard through the grapevine that June's mom may be considered a witness to testify on Michael's behalf if it is needed and believes it is best for Kaitlyn to be back with her father. That'll be pretty credible if that ends up happening as she was arguably closer to Anna than her mother. She raised Anna. If there was a reason Michael shouldn't have Kaitlyn, Anna's grandmother would know, and would have no qualms about saying so.

Someone needs to write to Dr. Phil ASAP this is so dangerous and damaging for Kaitlyn, and she has nothing to say whatsoever... and Eldrigde is not fighting against this family. The jugde should also call in everyone who has been in Anna and Kaitlyn's life the last decade.
I think June cares more about being Kaitlyn's friend than her parental figure.
I have said this since Anna passed. June is messing with Kaitlyn's head and "buying" and grooming her to say she wants to live in June's. It's so dangerous messing with a vulnerable girl who has just lost her mom and watching her mom suffer and die 💔 . And then be ripped from her sister and father figure. It's so crazy that i don't have words for it,only praying for Michael to get custody. Both Pumpkin and June are batching Michael in public interviews and talking so badly about him in front of Kaitlyn. I haven't seen anything yet in their show who proofs that Anna wanted June to raise Kaitlyn! And they are so fake in the show verse reality 🙄
Elle couldn't Michael argue that Kaitlyn being a storyline in the show is a form of abuse and invasion of privacy? Now there's even short previews where she is featured and the episode where Anna died we got to see Kaitlyn balling her eyes out. Why is this necessary? Why is production allowing this? Plus I'm 100% sure the reason why Anna's death did not air in the show was because it was late at night when the camera crew had already left....
I don't know what judge is in their right mind would give June custody of Katelyn. She signed Alana over to her sister. This is crazy too me.
I hope that Michael's lawyer also has clips of Anna's lives/vlogs from when she was alive. It'll be considered very credible to a judge that Anna said so herself that Michael is Kaitlyn's dad and is consistent in their life. That would be as credible as you could get as that's the woman whom, if Michael was a bad guy that should not be around Kaitlyn, she would have the power to block him from Kaitlyn's life. What's said on the show is muddled. A judge may deny those clips as evidence, but very little chance he'd deny a live as that's basically Anna speaking for her daughter from the grave.
I do agree. I am Team Michael as I am seeing more credible evidence that he would be a stable option for Kaitlyn rather than June whom is already showing questionable things with Kaitlyn.
I will say that, given I was team Pumpkin back in the day, if evidence that takes us all aback does come out against Michael in court that would prove beyond heresy (I.E. June's testimony) that he is unsafe; I will change my opinion of him just like I did with Pumpkin. However, that doesn't mean I'll then be Team June as June has shown time and time again to not be a stable option, and I will not agree with her getting custody simply by default.
Let's just hope that this is an unbiased judge who will base their opinion solely on the best interests of Kaitlyn rather than base it on any personal bias. If I were June; I'd quit getting into skunk fights about this online as Family Court judges get enough skunk fights in court as it is. They don't often look too nicely on people who go online ranting and raving and cursing about it. It's why usually lawyers tell you keep quiet when the case is going on. You might make the judge mad and dig yourself into a deeper hole.

If the judge picks June that judge needs to be fired June is evil and pathetic never took care of her kids and treated them badly she is useless and never ever does anything for the goodness of her heart but only as a pay day and sees $$ signs. I 100% believe June will not get custody if Kaitlyn, there is many reasons why she is not fit but I'm afraid this does not guarantee that Michael will. Is there only 1 court date?
Ideally there is only one court date. But the judge may decide he wants to see more before deciding which would recess the case until a later time. For example: he could order a psychological evaluation of Kaitlyn, he could order a guardian ad litem to analyze and give their opinion on where Kaitlyn is better off, he could order that Kaitlyn's presumptive biological father get a DNA test done to prove they will not be in court again over a bio dad fight, or the court may have so much evidence/witnesses that it may take more than one court day to go through everything the judge wants to see.
The only way I can see it being resolved in one court date is if the judge decides he's seen enough to determine. It's possible the judge may be biased towards biological families and may order custody to June solely on grounds that she's biologically kin, though that is a bit complicated to do if he is biased as Kylee is also Kaitlyn's biological kin and most judges don't want to split siblings up in an event like this. It's also possible that with June and Justin's criminal records, their track history of parenting with their own kids, and June lacking a lot of evidence to what she says (I also wouldn't be surprised if Michael's lawyer is ready to discredit June with all the lies it can be proven she's told); a judge may decide there's far too much against June and there's no way he can in good faith sign off on her being the permanent guardian.
He may even do something that surprises us. Like something he may do is he may order joint custody similar to what Michael and Anna previously had. He could even, in theory, order it to be temporary while either a guardian ad litem and/or a psychologist sees how she does if he thinks that'll help prove who should have permanent custody.
2 weeks after my 12th birthday my family was in a car accident my mother and baby sister were killed. My siblings and I were by two different fathers and we were separated we literally didn't have a relationship all over lives and it's devastating we didn't just lose our mom and baby sister we lost each other because none of the adults in our family thought it was important to keep us together or at least in each other's lives at all. Just recently I found out my youngest brother passed away from heart failure at 38 and it breaks my heart I was the oldest at 12 years old I had no ability to make any choices but I feel the guilt of not being there for my siblings

Where did she say this? I want to know! Especially since she went on a rant just a couple days ago about how Kaitlyn should be with her "biology" seemingly skipping over how Kylee is her "biology."
I do think she was asked to though as it was on Michael's fiancees FB page, and there was no reason for Alana to be on there other than for her mother to ask her. She openly admitted she doesn't really know his fiancee at all.

I have talked to a lot of people that know Michael and have watched several videos of Anna where she herself said Michael was a good dad to both the girls and he always would be their dad no matter what. I am not saying he is perfect, nobody is but from what I am told by people that know Michael and June everyone says Michael should have Kaitlyn…even some of Junes family feels that way but is scared to say it publicly. I have been told by several people that know both of them that Michael has always been there as a dad to Kaitlyn and kylee. That he has always done the best for them. So if he has done that and Kaitlyn has lived with him week on week off and has that routine at his house then why throw her with another person she has never lived with?
