- We supply turnkey systems for low pressure die casting (LPDC). A special gripping technology developed by Mössner enables the gripping of the filters and cores. These are inserted into the casting machine. A KUKA robot of the FORTEC series then removes the castings from the casting machine. The workpieces are cooled in a cooling basin. Handling robots then unload the cooling basins. The data matrix code is applied and verified in a marking station. The casting systems of the steering knuckles are cut off at a circular saw. At the following processing station, the bore of the axle is drilled. Deburring of the steering knuckles is carried out on a hydraulic deburring press.
We integrate robots from KUKA, ABB und Fanuc.
