Even though I have not watched all your vids yet, I have a few points that I learned by playing myself.
1) De-stress your heroes in town if they are at 50 pts of stress or more, they will not destress from removing conditions.
2) Some of your characters have real handy skills you can unlock at the Guild building for gold, such as heals, debuffs and buffs.
3) ALWAYS also take some holy water. At shrines and such, using holy water in them will buff the entire party and/or give you some treasure!
4) Use those keys you brought on the chests and wardrobe units and such, they will open a hidden compartment and give you more loot and prevent your heroes from getting debuffs.
5) You can upgrade your heroes skills at the Guild hall as well.
6) You have terrible luck with getting healers, but I would upgrade your few healers skills to lvl 2 to help with the heals.
I think there was a few other things, but I cannot recall without having to watch the vid again.
