Do note that since it's a 'budget' can, you get an upscaled 4K and not Native/True 4K resolution

Anything can happen anytime on the road. Dashcams are a must.
Im considering this camera .. screen is not the priority, i need the dual channel but still im confused with prime and M200 because of the starvis 2 sensor.
I would recommend to go with Starvis 2 sensor compared to others.
Is philips xtreme vision pro150 and xtreme vision plus the same or different.is there any reason you changed from gforce to pro150

Any idea why the GPS coordinates are not changing as you move?

GPS co-ordinates are measured in degrees, minutes and seconds. In the video, only the degree unit and the minute unit is represented and the 'second' unit is not. Since the movement of the car is almost insignificant compared to the size of the earth, it won't affect the 'degree' unit much, and very marginally the 'minute' unit. You can see small changes in the 'minute' unit in the video. The third unit which is the 'second' unit undergoes large changes as the car moves, but is not represented in the video.
Can you review Woodmen 2.5k dashcan .. how is ut compared to this one .. please suggest.. my car getting damged in the society parking hence the primary need is parking monitoring on motion rather than impact ..thankx much

In low budget cameras, the G sensor trigger doesn't accurately sense the vibration everytime. Also, it might record after the incident occurs. What you need is a motion detection recording, which detects any motion in front of the camera and records it. But it will cost you more. Atleast 15K.

Yes you can. But separately. It won't work together with this camera.
Do we need to add in the date every time memory card is full? Or will it automatically change the date to latest one.?
When connected with phone, it automatically syncs the date. No need to manually set it everytime

excellent review. Will it be suitable for a 7-seater SUV? What is the use of supercapacitor battery? what about the parking surveillance? what is the length of front and rear camera cables...
The length of wire is about 4- 4.5m.
Super capacitor and battery are two different methods to provide power to dashcam for a short duration.
Parking surveillance is present in this dashcam. You can check my other videos on Prime for more info on that.

If by chance thae wire length is not sufficient, contact Nexdigitron service via WhatsApp and get an extra long wire for the purpose

If you don't want parking monitoring, use the normal USB cable. Go with OBD if parking mode is a requirement.

1. Yes it has microphone.
2. Yes Ertiga is suitable for OBD2 parking mode.
3. No, you cannot monitor remotely. You have to be in the car to be able to connect to the dashcam network.

No. A500 has 1944p resolution which is much better than 1440p QHD resolution of the Prime.

Buy it online, Amazon is convenient. Get it installed at any of the local car accessories shop. You can also do it yourself if you like DIY projects
This rear 1080p camera is better than 70mai rear camera.
Not a drastic difference.
