if it would be released as single track I would think there is some meaning to the second verse. Could be anything, mby he is drunk, mby he is fed up with the whole situation and it represents the lack of energy to care, or something i did not think of, but coz it is part of this vulture 2 album, which is not finished in many aspects, it sounds weird and it makes the track much much worse.

I think that last part he was trying to simulate petty little arguments with Kim. I think it was completely intentional.
