- For the second piece of her performance at the FEA-curated Khayal Rang festival, Priya Purushothaman chose two bandishes in Raag Hamir. The first bandish was a traditional "Karam Kartar Karo" in jhap taal followed by "Man Mohan Brij Raj Dularo" composed by Pt. SN Ratanjankar.
Priya was accompanied by Swapnil Bhise on tabla and Dnyaneshwar Sonawane on harmonium. Tanpura support was provided by Akshay Vardhave and Swati Gorad.
From past 1 hour I am trying to find words to describe how I felt after listening to this song, after watching her sing but there are no words in English vocabulary which can justify her incredible and beautiful singing .

Very good tayyari. Excellent raag-daari and choice of bandishes. Only don't get a feel of Agra gayaki in your style. Closer to Kirana melodiousness than Agra rhythmic brilliance. Maa Saraswati be with you always.

Very nice rendition of the raag.This is really a musical feast.
I’m surprised that the artiste has employed the phrase SMGP quite like Kedar in Hamir quite a few times which is mostly avoided. Else, she has a nice voice.
It is accpentance for SMG. It could be taken two to three times in the manner of raag Hameer but no too much as Kedar will take place. Because there are another 5 raags which is of kalyan thaat and has same swar sangtis. Like we have kamod, Kedar, chhayanat, Hameer, Gaud Saran from kalyan family.
