This beautiful established community is located in Englewood, Florida and has some of the most beautiful amenities that have recently been renovated. There is a golf membership in this community, social membership and a racquetball membership.

Across from the resort pool is the dog park not a fire pit. Also the tiki bar is not in use at this time because it has no liquor license and management won’t supply the tiki hut with a bartender. We can’t even use the refrigerator!!

over 500 a month for hoa is cheap?....most are all under 300.....plus extra for activities .....its cheaper with cdd fees...another scam community.
