Sir you show the river view of the hotel is not the view from zebrina guest house actually its from Paradise Guest House Pahalgam i remember it quite well because i stayed 3 nights there
It depend upon the season it changes with time and which booking site you see.. but 2500/night is the price i booked from make my trip.. its a delux room but also normal room are available in the price of around 1200rs.
