Goose hunting in a very wet and windy shetland (Episode 17)

It was Wet it was Windy but i still couldn't resist getting out there for a hunt . The sea was rough so that only meant one thing it was hunting time , with our decoys set out on the hill and us tucked in to a half cosy rock pile we battled the elements for a shot at some geese. After freezing our feet and fingers off we diced to have a wet and even winder walk across the hill in searcher of some snipe or woodcock beautiful birds to hunt and very tasty to. despite the weather we made the best of what we had and it was a great day to the start of the Christmas period

My old gun dog had to be retired early this season and we have an 8 week old lab puppy to train so only had one wildfowling trip this year. My son and I took up spearfishing last year but only managed a few trips on the boat to give it ago due to lockdown, so loving your videos
And we have lots to learn

Thanks man appreciate it , just started to film the hunting a bit more not easy anyway but still good fun ,keep up the spearfishing it a great sport just dive safe and have fun
