Ninjetti Billy the Broken! | Power Rangers Legacy Wars

Well, his release was a mess, 1 strike has missing code AND he gets to cancel them even though they are basically instant attacks that can't be blocked unless the opponent is standing and able to press any card, his breaker gets armor during the dash so meaning it both dodges all projectiles AND gets to win breaker clashes, the only good thing is animations, nothing else is nice about him. And his talent tree's design is just retarded in every way.
