Probably right about the cg , a wet boat is stable but lose some mph. Can’t wait to see it propped up!

noticed your Tim tabs right down. perhaps raise them so they're about 45 degrees. less drag. Nice runs WW. Keep on it Bro.

First want to see what new prop brings, maybe have some ideas left to try. Btw, i would personally make a testrun first though, try to get it back on your previous (90) setting again as a starting point....
Going to work prop yourself or is this a rtr prop?

Going to prep it myself. This morning my cg was to far forward. I just tried again with it back more and did 80 with a flip. Rough water I know better but I love to push this boat.

@Wildwilliesrc good luck man! I ran bit lower rake but bigger 2 blades, that gave no problems, also think you could prop up even more. But first things first, just take your time and you will get there. Im quite sure off it. We have a saying; the persistent wins... 👍

@peteroosterhoff8850 yes I’m definitely going to get it back out in the morning. I done a video this evening but it was windy and I had a flip. Hopefully it will be slick calm in the morning 🤞
