And there it is at the end. The driver, as a public servant and a member of the police force, should have said "I'm very sorry if I caused you any discomfort and I'll try to be more aware of pedestrians in future." But NO! You get an argument and the impression that if she had hit you it was your fault. And her partner, the clown, backs her up and gives you the bum's rush with "It's private property, please leave!" Argumentative twats. Nobody learned anything at Kiddeminster police station. We all learned that the Superintendent hasn't communicated to her staff, so her apology was just lip service.
I'm seriously not even sure being respectful and polite to members of the public is part of their training anymore either that or they just completely ignore it,I'm not sure which is worse.
100% agree, miles. Their behaviour was sickening and there's no punishment and whilst there is no accountability for their arrogant actions they will always behave in this sickening manner.
You can't change narcissistic, sociopathic, immature behavior. All society can do is keep such individuals away from the rest of us. Unfortunately, the powers that be insist on giving them badges and authority.
Very helpful and polite when they have been sprung. It wont be in my life time but, the consensus among law abiding citizens is, it is time to remind the police who they actually work for.
Ive noticed there are a lot of tyrant officers on fake accounts commenting negative things on your videos because your exposing them abusing their powers. The fact that they're going out of the way to make fake accounts just to comment negative things on your videos just shows us why you need to continue making these videos; and for any piggy officer that sees this, everytime you click on one of his videos, you're giving him revenue so well done for supporting the cause. Thank you A.B, we need more people like you who will stand up to these gangs of bullies.
Another brilliant video! The Sergeant conducted himself well, and the staff lady in the office was quick to help as well. It’s true what they say, “second time’s the charm”.
Let’s be clear about one thing. When the police offer an apology, it is only for one of two reasons. They have no choice or they face potential prosecution and bad publicity. Imagine the police letting a criminal off Scott free for saying “ I’m sorry, I got it wring” . That will never happen. They will always prosecute where possible. So …… Pay no attention to the apology. They are hoping it will make you go away. Get them in a court room where they can face the humiliation that they put you through when they falsely arrested you and locked you in a cell, for the crime of not licking their boots when asked. Then show us all on UA-cam how you beat them so that we can watch their humiliation forever whenever we need cheering up. They’re a disgrace to the uniforms that we payed for.

13:25 No that book does not need to be put in the bin. It needs to be kept for evidence. It will be yet another thing that the police have done wrong. And when you win, they will have to compensate all the other people locked in the cells and who were handed the out of date book. If the police want to be pedantic about people breaching some minor crime and locking them up for hours over it, then the public have just as much right to ensure that the police follow the rules and laws TO THE LETTER.

I was surprised she was a DC and yet she never tried to approach friendly to get the answers, she went right into her bossy, rude face with a you must give your name or be arrested under the policing law/terrorism act. What an attitude and even when she didn't know the law she just threatened arrest rather than finding the section.. disgraceful this is who you pay to catch criminals her interview tactics are super amateur. must be her first time trying to get answers, no idea who promoted her to be a DC.
Pleasant revisit. Also, I really enjoyed the video you did after winning against pc bully boy, dishing out all those tenners! Let’s hope you win big 😁🕶
These people kidnapped me in town for sec 5 without a public complaint found a bit of bud in my pocket changed the reason for arrest realised I had a beer and then charged me with drunken disorderly proper wankers.
Great to see the apology, the police behavior was disgusting and the arrest was the culmination of the police being ignorant, bullying and shows that even when they KNOW they are going in the wrong direction the "club" stuck together, had the camera not recorded these type of interactions, by the time it got to court the stories by the police would have aligned close enough to make them look good and a prosecution a guaranteed. I can't understand why the police are so disliked by the general public (oh this happens believe me), but it was nice and refreshing to see some admission of failure. But please learn things do go badly wrong because rather than look like the idiots they are they will EASILY purger themselves. (no accountability in court even if caught in a lie)
A large factor in police becoming so disliked is the rise in the ability to record. As cameras via camera phones are now in nearly every person's pocket, the lies and corrupt tactics they use are now being catalogued and exposing them. There's a reason the police don't want to be recorded, transparency shows them for what they are.

I'm still waiting for DC926 Joanne Bills' apology. She's the one who instigated the incident and ordered PC21724 to arrest and cuff you illegally. She has been named, now she needs to be shamed. Contrary to some, I don't believe she does not know the law, I believe she willingly ignored and abused it because you wouldn't bend the knee and kiss her DC ring. Inflated egos and emotional reactions make for the worst kind of policing.

That DC Bills needs to pay for it. She needs demoting at the very least back to plain constable. She obviously has no capability to enforce laws since she doesn't know any of them and just makes them up on the fly based on her ego.
@@FarangKyAy "Sorry" by no means would be enough ..Even hitting them in the pocket would NOT be enough..because the funds come from the public money ....Hitting their pension or demoting them would do the trick .

The difference between ABs videos and everyone else’s , he kills the end every time, and makes you look forward to the next! Smart smart guy 🤷🏻♂️👏🏻
Respect to the officer that helped you
Another top video dude
With her back up co-driver there to cover up for her
a police station is public property.
You can't change narcissistic, sociopathic, immature behavior. All society can do is keep such individuals away from the rest of us. Unfortunately, the powers that be insist on giving them badges and authority.
Maximum respect AB... your time spent and taken to highlight what happens to you is appreciated
🤛
Very helpful and polite when they have been sprung. It wont be in my life time but, the consensus among law abiding citizens is, it is time to remind the police who they actually work for.
Well Done AB standing up for your rights hope that officer gets a hefty reprimanded
God bless the auditors
Biggest legalised gang in the UK. The police force
Another brilliant video! The Sergeant conducted himself well, and the staff lady in the office was quick to help as well. It’s true what they say, “second time’s the charm”.
They can’t be respectful enough to you. Shame they didn’t do that in the first place on the 11th
So ……
Pay no attention to the apology.
Yeah say it again Sam!!!!! 🤣😂😅
keep up the hard work mate, people like you are what make a difference in the long run, we appreciate what you do, what you put yourself through to bring to light the actions of power trippin officers..and therefore also show them the consequences of this type of bullying s that is what it is........cheers AB... oh look it's a squirrel!
That Sargent couldn't do enough for you they knew they had got it wrong last time you visited well done for the revisit , think they will get it right from now on as always RESPECT.
It wouldn't be public money if you took action against the officer personally instead of the force.
Can you do that?I'd be interested to find out.
@@frankiestewart2824 yes you can. Crimebodge did it, and won. Though he said that the process was not easy or swift.
It is my understanding that you can take action against anyone ( except the Queen?).
Take legal advice. It might be difficult to find the right lawyer.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, AB is the best auditor in the UK, if not the world. Thanks AB for yet another fantastic audit.
You're the BOMB!!!!
🤛
Your video is getting better day by day. What a nice gentle police officer. He earns respect🙏🙏
Amazing change of attitude from the corporate thugs. Respect AB from the prison called Australia
So glad you went back, AB! You cant keep a good auditor down! ♥️
For 1👮♂️ to get it wrong I can kinda understand!! But there were 4 there at scene and that’s before you even get into custody!! That’s 100% no coincidence that is clear evidence that they hunt in packs and move the goal posts to suit!!! If they can do this to a man with a camera what chance do the rest of us have!!! Corruption at its best 🙃
Im thinking there's a part 3 to this maybe even a part 4. Nice work AB
Please keep us all up to date with your legal action against the Kidderminster Police.
Also please spend all the compensation on yourself. A new camera or a well deserved holiday [not in Kidderminster].
The final scene of the arresting officer sums her up perfectly. WOOOOOF !!!!!!!!!!
He took your advice mister… he went to tunesia !, 🎉🎉
Love to see AB the legend back again and respect to the sergeant for giving you all the information 🙌 👏

@@AuditingBritain throwing it all in the bin was hilarious
"he can't imagine it would be out of date" - his complete and unwavering confidence in their competence is very worrying. He's basically saying no, we can't be wrong. No wonder the police get it wrong so much. A little humility goes a long way
And how can they be sharing one torn copy between everyone during a pandemic?
Back in 70s, the police were given houses at our expense - often of the same style, like those ones behind the blue gate. Now they buy their own houses, and often a second one abroad!
To the haters: If they didn’t want anyone to see any of the cars or the back of the police station, they wouldn’t have made it so easy to see.
You tell him you need to know the name of a particular officer and he asks you what's his name?
It reminds me of a guy I worked with once. When I needed the full name of another employee, and I said to him "What was Bob's last name?" He said "Bob who?"
AB what happened to the officer that quoted the policing law BS and had you arrested, has she been sent on a learn how to do your job coarse or even better sacked for incompetence, big up to you AB for returning and not taking any of their rubbish
I would assign the most blame on that homely female cop who originally confronted you.
Ain’t it marvellous how polite they are to you once the inspector gave a public apology brilliant revisit mate I really hope you take legal action 👍👍🇬🇧 how can I make a PayPal donation
They weren’t really polite?

AB how delightful these public servants are when you state they this police force in question made an “apology “ last week and because they know it’s you -you are finally getting respect which you should have had when you got arrested ,I appreciate your videos the hard work and exposing what these public paid servants are Really like . I think the police could learn a lot from your videos and educate the university middle class that we as the public are entitled to more productive treatment and interaction then we currently are paying for well done AB 👮♀️

Shocked by the recycling violation at the end but otherwise, as always, love seeing AB at work. 👊✌️😉
Yeah binning that lot wasn’t great work
Ahhh AB… Thanks for the follow up. Its been phenomenal to see the auditing community come together and have your back. Nice work!
That Sgt came across as a decent chap… its funny how decently they act when on camera.
Good luck with the law suit!
And when there chief constable had to make a public apology lol
The sgt is a great bloke ( GOOD COP) we could do with more police like him...... and always lov a revisit , Thanks AB
Don’t let it go, 5 hours is horrendous both morally and lawfully, no one should endure such treatment for not breaking the law, go get them AB, we’re there with you!!!
Glad your suing the pigs
Well done AB as usual
Great work.
That chubby copper is a pleasant fellow and definitely deserves some thumbs up in the chat.
Why is the station not using a up to date version of pace..
They could get a copy online.
You know they know they are in trouble when they print out a book for you.
lol ❤️
@@AuditingBritain I've left a comment for you a.b
The sergeant seemed like a decent cop, friendly and helpful. It's a pity the other goons at this station don't follow his example.
ABSOLUTELY.
They use the protection of privacy as a reason to harass you but this time they don't even bat an eyelid. You're a top lad for stepping out and not filming the private matters of the individual that met you in the reception 👏
Respect brother for going back there so soon...balls of steel.
The treatment was right this time around but this is the way it should be every time, everywhere.
You should carry this on your phone and show it to future tyrants as to how a member of the public filming a police station should be treated.
Yeh stainless steel.
You are the best sue the lot keep the emphasis on the criminal pigs you are the man
Nice work AB. I think you are due some serious "compo" ... and this saga will definitely boost your subs .... 200k ... no problem !
Yes, you have to go outside for fresh air, the smell of bacon is over powering.

😂😂😂
They seem to be very apologetic and very sorry when someone who knows what they are saying and doing, for them to just casually act on the way they did, I could only imagine how may times they’ve gotten away with power tripping. Well done AB, I commend ur perseverance in enlightening the public.
That last bit is priceless , you can see the female officer on the right cringe as the other female officer stutters " under the Policing laws "
Well done for returning, that arrest was a total disgrace and hopefully your payout will help a lot of people. As for the apology I think it wasn’t very heartfelt and was more of a PR issue. I hope when you have your time in court you can tell them to shove their apology where the sun don’t shine.
SPOT ON ,DISGRACEFUL.
That grovelling cop pretending he didn’t know who you were. Heh. He might have gone to Costa and bought you a cappuccino and a panini if you asked him to.
...an offer for a foot massage wouldn't have been out of place either
"We got it wrong."
I feel like this has too much meme potential.
AB, yes when you do get compensated it is from public funding but you are entitled to the money for what the LEOs did to you, of course you can do with it whatever you wish but please bro this time at least keep some for yourself 😊
UK 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
It's got to be one of the worst police forces in the country for abuse of power, seen 5-6 videos now of this place and everyone of the interactions have been absolutely shocking, always record COPS 🤳 EXPOSE THEM ALL 😡😡
West Midlands and West Mercia have got to be worst
You should use a few quid of your payout to hire a video truck to drive round Kidderminster playing the stutter edit on loop 😂
LOL!
Both of those cops you spoke to, the receptionist and the sergeant knew exactly who you were.
That was sickeningly smarmy.
Yo AB - looking forward to the developments with your lawsuit, the fact that they issued an apology should make it an open and shut case for compensation for you to distribute to the homeless again. Lay it on thick about the depriving you of a phone call and the twisting the handcuffs when you were not being aggressive. Have you got a copy yet of the "ah! ah! ah! policing laws?" Kudos to that sgt for the way he dealt with your request. Stay safe AB.
The ending makes it ten times funnier 😂✅ well done AB
Love your videos AB my personal favourite was when you used to go into job centre's lol yes that's how long I've been a sub 🤣 nice 1 AB
Same
mate the ending loop is a classic the last 10 seconds cracked me up. Keep it up AB take them to the cleaners get the officer who doesn't know the law to do communication training and to learn the laws training.
Hahahaha that part with her should be in every of your videos as a beginning 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I just loved the way you put the paperwork in the bin !
Top marks to the sergeant who was helpful and obliging. An experienced officer. One good apple in the bad Kidderminster orchard.
100% correct.
@@NateVHVT I was on jury duty, no one not one had anything good to say after a police officer made his statement in court, not a farmer, hairdresser, doctor, cleaner, engineer, etc. No trust whatsoever
You are amazing. I will like to seeing atleast a SINGLE police department in America post an apology online after violating someone's rights. I'll wait 🤣🤣🤣
Well done AB keep up the excellent work and hope u win the case as what they didn’t was so so worry 💙❤️
Nice update AB. I imagine there's been a lot of 'retraining' at Kidderminster cop shop over the last 10 days! Now they realise that they are paid to serve the public. It proves the point of why you do this, otherwise nothing will ever change. Sue them, and make them pay out, then they will learn the lesson.
As always great content.
Hope your legal eagle also goes for section 26 abuse of office.
Haven't heard that one before,nice.
Well done mate were all proud of the work you do 😊
100%
I love what you done with the paper but at least into the recycling bin lol
Very nice sergeant :) I have to say.
That Karen who arrested you needs the sack. 5 hours for doing absolutely nothing is disgusting. Take care AB x
Unfortunately sometimes we have to makes these sacrifices of arrest to make the Police change how they treat people. GG
When they opened the back of that van I thought they were going to set the dogs on you. It would have been a UA-cam classic
Ab back educating our lawinforcement for us which is great to see .sending all my respect brother.long live the king of audit.
That just looks like a council housing estate.
When they get it wrong they need to pay for it ...Just like us when we step out of line .
The fact is that real criminals fight back ..and the normal members of the public are like a cash cow for the police and their revenues ..
AB i send my respect and my Thank You to you and yours .
Agree, just imagine a citizen kidnapping and "sequestrating" someone "by mistake"...would an apology be enough to get him out of trouble?
That DC Bills needs to pay for it. She needs demoting at the very least back to plain constable. She obviously has no capability to enforce laws since she doesn't know any of them and just makes them up on the fly based on her ego.
@@FarangKyAy "Sorry" by no means would be enough ..Even hitting them in the pocket would NOT be enough..because the funds come from the public money ....Hitting their pension or demoting them would do the trick .
An apology is an admission of guilt without actually admitting guilt, so what are they apologising for? if they were not guilty of anything they wouldn't apologise and their apology shows their guilt.
