I'm proud to have been born and raised in beautiful Oxford, Mississippi. Native Oxonians pronounce "Neilson's" as "Nelson's" and it's Boure (BOO-ray) instead of Boo-yay.
Thank you for your lovely review of our beautiful, historical town.

I’m moving my family to Oxford :) so I recommend it? Is it good for
Kids I have a 10 month old. Any idea how the schools are? Any info would be good from someone that lived there :) thanks

Years ago after hearing Ole Miss tore down some Confederate statues, stop singing a rebel song at football games, no Confederate flag-waving-I chose not to attend the law school

Hmmm i was down there not too long ago its a weird place a beautiful place but it feels like is not a latino friendly place. Ik there is a latino presence there but not once did i see any of them walking around town. The times i did walk around i got weird looks from people like i was breaking some unspoken rule. Weird vibes from this town.

Fantastic. The cool thing about this is that it’s a secret. Most northerners from the east coast just visit Virginia and Carolina states and never heard of the Memphis suburbs and mid south places
