Whatever the case, H.E. President Uhuru Kenyatta, the 4th president of the Great and Sovereign Republic of Kenya 🇰🇪, is a true statesman. He has demonstrated this time and again during his entire presidency, ofcourse that not without it's own flaws. To you , your excellence, I say Congratulations Mr. President for making Kenya 🇰🇪 and Africa very proud indeed. You are a true Son of Africa and a living legend - from Zambia 🇿🇲 I salute you great Son of Africa. I am proud you what you have done and achieved for your people and Africa large. Your last visit to Zambia 🇿🇲 in July 2019 in Livingstone , Zambia at the Economics Association of Zambia (EAZ) where you were the guest of honour, your statesmanship was very evident. You inspired me greatly. Go well Mr. President, your Excellency. Africa still needs your wisdom so does the President Elect. To the President Elect - H.E. President Dr. William Kipchirchir Samoei Arap Ruto, the 5th President of the Great and Sovereign of Kenya 🇰🇪 . . . This has been long time come. The Lord Almighty has done it. A big congratulations on your historic election as the President of Kenya 🇰🇪. Your maturity, humility, passion, patriotism, focus, love for country and its peope give me great hope that the Kenyan republic and it's great people are in very safe hands. 🇰🇪 I remember when we meet in Lusaka , Zambia in 2016, at the Mulungushi conference Centre, what I humble and charming human being. Great passion and patriotism was clear in your body language. 🇿🇲 With great love and respect from Zambia . . . The Lord bless great Republic of Kenya 🇰🇪 and it's people. The people of the Great and Sovereign Republic of Zambia 🇿🇲 joins the people of the Great and Sovereign Republic of our sister republic, Kenya 🇰🇪 in celebrating this great transition of power and leadership.
But a statesman will not spend 4 years serving his personal and family interests and fighting his deputy and does not culminate it in working on overdrive to subvert the will of the electorate... Not in the strict sense of the word stateman
Your submissions are very legitimate. However, if you look through history , almost all statesmen or women as the case might be , were not without their flaws and H.E. President Uhuru Kenyatta is by no means exempt from this "curse". You would agree with me that a man or woman's influence and impact is measured by the transformational change their influenced, whether individually or collectively. For instance in the case of President Uhuru Kenyatta. 1). 2014 - He was the first sitting head of state to appear before the International Criminal Court in the Hague. No sitting president before him or after had ever done this. - but before that , he even handed over the Presidency to his vice president, Dr. William Ruto. - No sitting President or Monarchy anywhere has ever done this whether before or after. 2). In July 2015 - When the then US President Barack Obama visited Kenya on this state visit, the US President in his speech spoke of values that seemed "alien" to Kenyas and Africa at large. President Obama was quite bold and emphatic on the matter of LGBTQ rights , a statement in the President's speech I honestly found strange at the time. But the statement put the host President, Uhuru Kenyatta in a very awkward position. But his response in his speech to President Barack Obama statement early set him "heads and shoulders" above the rest, even where this was at the risk of severing very important diplomatic ties with a very powerful nation. His response is one for the "ages" and for the history books of great leaders that walked the earth. He made me and many others proud to be African for defending not only Kenyan values but African values. 3). Economic revival of Kenya and Kenya as an economic hub.- Economic growth in Kenya under the Uhuru Administration These are just but a few examples. As Africans, we need start writing our own history eyes as Africans and celebrate our own heroes and heroines while they are still alive. Celebrate them for the greater good they have done and initiated over and above their collective flaws Great Africans leaders such Jomo Kenyatta, Kenneth Kaunda , Julius Nyerere, Thomas Sankara, Kwame Khuruma etc had their flaws, but we still celebrate them for their great good. That's the basis of my assertion that H.E. President Uhuru Kenyatta is a Statesman and a great son of Africa.
@@RobertMalasha No; I disagree He may have showed up at ICC, but has disregarded numerous court orders locally. And that directly affected us as Kenyans, while his ICC stunt afforded us no good whatsoever I agree that he stood up to Obama... if that makes him a statesman then we have such low standards But NO; Kenyan economy was worked on by Kibaki - who I regard as a statesman - rather than Uhuru. If anything Uhuru has weakened our economy
The Iraelites asked God for a king to rule them but God told them to wait but they refused and said they wanted Saul and God gave them as they wanted but when Saul resumed office as king ......you know what happened Kenyans you have asked for Saul and you have been given by God through the Supreme Court let us wait and see what happens

These judges are so composed and have handled a very delicate task so calmly with extreme prudence. You deserve the honour. Thank you

A statesman would congratulate his successor. Your comment carries more grace & statesmanship than his (probably drunken) rant last night.
