I personally think the tone of the song matches perfectly with Dabi. Especially after the newest episode. See how he's still stuck in somewhat of a child-like mental state thinking about the past and seeing everyone for who they were and not who they are. I think this tone matches Dabi on a deeper level than the aggressive revenge seeking sociopath he is on the surface
