Reakon its at close about 2 parts organic 5 part mineral. Lay about inch n half lava balls on the bottom of plastic pots, prefer them aerated eggshell looking ones or cloth pots cuts down soil fungas heaps. Fertilise over grow season every now and then with canna terra vega, cal mag, worm juice, root boosters like Norwegian kelp extracts, great white shark microbe mix

Do you buy all this stuff separately and then mix your self or do they already have it mixed?

If you had less woodchips, youd probably have less fungal issues
