Monopoly horse. Getting my first ever metal detector delivered tomorrow... a Simplex. Have wanted a metal detector since I was a kid... I guess I'm still a kid at 61 🙂 I enjoy your videos! Great tips for a beginner like me.
You will love the simplex it is a great machine.. The same age as me, and loving it. Try and get the sp24 coil (the same one as Austin is using) Have fun!
Good hunt i like my Simplex also lots of fun to see the stuff you can pull out. But being hard of hearing i have to use the vid numbers and that dose make me dig a little more than I want. Good exercise for a old fat man😅
Thanks yea that’s what I hear about the pull tabs and bottle caps but no matter how long i cuss at them and stare at them they just don’t change to the good stuff 🤬🤬 just keep digging right
I thoroughly enjoy your hunts. Love the simplex, Simplex Strong, but you got to keep it fresh. Any hunts a great hunt. See you next video. Stay safe with the storm heading your way. We won’t see the rain till Friday, here in PA.
I have been watching your hunts lately and really enjoying them, like the explanations as you go, simplex+ minelab 600 whites vx3 in my collection of detectors they all preform well thanks for sharing your hunts loads of funs I try to imagen myself hunting there with you, big thumbs up.
A buddy of mine was searching up against tennis court fencing here in brooksville like you were where you're at and after countless digs recovering pieces of fencing he finally dug a trime with about the same vdi at around 6" deep so you never know!
Crazy!! My last signal the other night I found my first 1964 silver quarter literally an inch under the ground in a spot I've spanked many times before.. never know where the goodies will be hiding!
Crazy! I've been meaning to turn in all the coins I've found.. I think a big reason I haven't yet is I'm afraid I might have something rare 🤣 But the problem is... I don't know where to begin looking!
I look at the coin for anything that’s odd for coins of the same year ( era ) and then google photo it, sometimes there are matches and selling prices for that coin. The penny I found was a 1970 with no mint mark and one like it is for sale on eBay for $350.
I like the Legend... It's been feeling pretty nice down at the park with the 6" coil on it. I wish they had a coil size like the Simplex though.. that SP24 is great!
HAY THEY AUSTIN POWER'S ("CONGRATULATIONS")😀 🥳👨🏻🎓 NOVEMBER 10TH WHY NOT KNOW LONGER AMATEUR NO MORE YOU ARE PRO WITH THE LAST WHILE I HAVE BEEN WATCHING RELAX NO PRESSURE TAKE CARE ✝️ Ⓜ️ !?
Honestly these parks I'm hunting are pretty new.. I've only found 2 silver coins in my whole time metal detecting haha. One was a 1964 rosie dime in the backyard of my brothers rental.. the second was a 1941 10 cent netherland coin. I found it right next to a NYC transit token.. no clue how they got there!
Austin i know this is a simplex video but what settings do you set on your Legend for depth and stability V 1.09, in South FL beaches. I got a ton of machines and live on the east coast of FL so mineral and salt is the same. Thanks for uploads as usual
Lot of parking strip action. In Florida who owns the parking strip?? City, County, etc or the landowner ?? Ones in parks I am sure is the city or county park dept. But what about neighborhood parking strips ??
I'm thinking it's either county or city owned.. There's a guy a little south of me that does really well in curb strips.. I might have to give it a go one of these days as long as it's OK to do!
Sand spurs? Lol We call them "goat heads" on the west coast! Those little buggers no matter what you call them can put the hurt in your knees hands and feet! They are also brutal on bicycle tires! Hate them!

Great hunt with the Simplex. A great machine I really like my Simplex. Thanks you for your videos.

Nice hunt Austin, that park reminds me of my favorite park. Put pinpointer down "next target acquired" 😂😂😂
Always a great time!
Nice hunt...not bad on clad...😊
Good hunt i like my Simplex also lots of fun to see the stuff you can pull out. But being hard of hearing i have to use the vid numbers and that dose make me dig a little more than I want. Good exercise for a old fat man😅
Headphones make it much easier.... Good Luck!
Thanks yea that’s what I hear about the pull tabs and bottle caps but no matter how long i cuss at them and stare at them they just don’t change to the good stuff 🤬🤬 just keep digging right
The Simplex also has a vibrate feature! It might be a little too much but you could give it a try 👍
Thanks for the video with the vdi's
Thanks for hangin' 👍
The plants that produced that sticker you took in the knee.....They compose 99% of my front and back yard 😆😂!!!! (I felt your pain)😫🤪!
Lots of sirens! (Back to watching the hunt.)
Simplex Strong! Lol!
woot woot! 💪
Good hunt man! The little guy on the horse is a play piece from vintage Monopoly! Cheers!
Cheers man!

Thanks, Mark! Was pretty windy here for a while, lost power only for a short bit so I think it treated us well. Stay safe!

I have taking my Plex out with the SP24 and have killed it. Thanks for sharing
I think I feel most comfortable in parks with that setup. Always a great choice!
@@TreasureOutdoors That style coil has worked extremely well on several different machines!
Nice hunt. Keep on swinging. 👍
Simplex Strong!!😀
💪💪💪💪 woot woot!
I won't be signing off I live in Ohio and that's all I do is park meadows detect so watching you will be perfectly interesting and insightful
Good lil hunt Florida! Anything is better than pull tabs!
You mentioned that pennies adding up , I just found one 1970 penny that added up to 35,000 pennies .... LoL.
Crazy! I've been meaning to turn in all the coins I've found.. I think a big reason I haven't yet is I'm afraid I might have something rare 🤣 But the problem is... I don't know where to begin looking!

For another example, a 1958 penny with no mint mark with a few other features is worth $300,000. It’s definitely on my bucket list ! LoL ...
Is the legend as bad as they say I was thinking about getting one..
The simplex with the sp24 coil is a real beast!
I would take a Legend over the simplex.
Legend hands down. Have had both sold the simplex
I like the Legend... It's been feeling pretty nice down at the park with the 6" coil on it. I wish they had a coil size like the Simplex though.. that SP24 is great!
Yeah I like my extra pro

Ele está silencioso! Sem interferência. Porque?
Lot of parking strip action. In Florida who owns the parking strip?? City, County, etc or the landowner ?? Ones in parks I am sure is the city or county park dept. But what about neighborhood parking strips ??

If I get to Florida we should detec together in a video do a beach hunt lol
Love your videos but for curiosity what type of a pinpointer are you using?
That is an XP pinpointer. Either the mi4 or mi6.
Right now I'm using the XP MI-4. I've been liking it a lot!
Right on!
A bobina do legend funciona no simplex?
Sand spurs? Lol We call them "goat heads" on the west coast! Those little buggers no matter what you call them can put the hurt in your knees hands and feet! They are also brutal on bicycle tires! Hate them!
What vanquish do you have ?
He has the 440
Yep Samuel is right, the 440! 👍
what kind of pin pointer are you using?
You need some kneepads dude! I purchase Nike ones @Dicks Sporting Goods..are comfortable..!
