Thank You very much!
Having grown up in the Great Lakes Region of America, I have always had a great respect for the power of water. I stand in awe of nature.
where?
I think it'd be really cool if, on one of these major collapses, you had someone with you to operate the drone and see the ruins of the dam as they go downstream. Of course, I realize you never know how a dam will collapse, but if it all came together, it'd be spectacular!
I been thinking the same thing.
i agree would be very cool to see,
It's quite difficult to make it. But I promise I will try to make it in the new season!
You're back! How did your surgery go? I was getting worried about you.
Healing well :) I hope February new season will start :)
Alright!!!! That's the way to do it, Kenislovas style!!!!!
That was.awesome! Alot more came down off the sidez and the depth than i was expecting!
Guau..guau..guau..!!!! Espectacular Keny...se fue todo...increible 👏👏👏👏💪💪💪💪..saludos 🥰🇨🇱
This on has to be one of the best, Great job, Thanks,
WOW that was fantastic.
Pray you are well soon.
As always your killing it,amazing how you get the dam to collapse in on itself.great video as always, just keep doing what you do best.be safe my friend 😎😎😎👍👍👍
Thanks! :)
Thank you for all the dismantlings on the video today. See you on the next Mantas! 🇱🇹🙂👍🇺🇸
Thanks!
A great way to start the new year!
I am on time.
Greetings from the BIG SKY. That 1st one was a wopper!
Cheers Roger :)
@@Kenislovas Greetings from the BIG SKY.
This video was the best I've ever seen anywhere. Been watching you for several months. I enjoy what you do. I know it's exhausting work. The beavers always build right back if they are still in the area. Never ending battle, but it appears from the videos I've seen, very necessary to release the water flow. Thanks for the videos you make. I enjoy them very much. I'm a senior citizen and live in the Dallas/Ft Worth area of Texas. Keep up the good work you do and always, Be Safe!!
That 1st one was amazing. Do you think that dam would have collapsed on its own in a week or so?? Great work!!
its a good question, was thinking myself same
Hi! Thanks. I don't think so. The water flow is not very strong there. in case the current would overflow dam it would have a big chance to collapse itself. ;)
I love the sound of the water your hard work pay off
You are such a hard worker and determined.
Great video! As usual.
Hope you are having a great New Year.
Hey! Thanks :)
Great video! Are you feeling better now?
Hey! all good, healing getting better :)
Great video. Greetings from Southeastern Kentucky
Thanks!
Good job, look like you are now an expert to this job,I always watch your video almost every day, well done.
I am really glad that since this video, you have started wearing a waist belt. All you need is to be bent forward as the dam fails and a wave of water fills up your waders and drags you down. I have read the reports of wader deaths, so I am glad that these days you wear a waist belt.
Great effort, great shots, great editing great videos. Thank you for your work.
Awesome! Thanks for the video!
Tsunami is a great name for this post. The farmers had plenty of water for their gardens and the beavers need a different place to live. Be safe my friend.
Just fantastic to watch. Great camera angles. Love your videos
Thank you for this compilation of some really cool dam Collapses! hopefully the Weather will allow you out again soon! Stay Warm with your Family!
Thank you buddy!
That was amazing!!! I wish I had been there to see it irl! Absolutely epic!
Thank you!
Nice work 👍👍👍👍
I’ve a question, do the beavers build back the dams & how long does it take for them to rebuild ???
99 % yes they do within a few days or even hours, when one looks here on UA-cam and those guys who have a Gowpro set up , sometimes the same night they are back rebuilding again,
Let's say 70% they rebuild within 1 month.
Size matters. Rebuild time is how big dam was before.
coming back and re watching this it seems so strange watching you take down a Dam the old fashioned way from the Top! As you have become the Collapso King! anyway Still my Favourite Channel!
Hey! Thanks mate!
People don’t seem to realize the depth on the high side is comparative to the low. Makes for pretty hard work.
Two ?s. Do you think the The Beaver thinks it was poor Engineering on it's own behalf, or does it realize it was man?. Do you see dams that has collapsed on its own?. Your work is awesome. Thanks
I think they already knows me :D so B option :)
Nope.. dams collapses only after my intervention :)
Thanks!
I’m a new subscriber watching from Honolulu Hawaii
Que lindo trabalho! E como voce é rápido, também fiquei ofegante só em ouví-lo. Essa queda d'água foi a mais bonita que vi até agora.
OMG!!! 💥💥 You have to know that there is a beaver parent somewhere with their eyes wide open and stunned disbelief on their faces going, "He's adopted. He's not really our son."😅😅😅😅 And thinking to themselves, "How do you fail dam building 101? !?!? We are beavers for crying out loud.. dam building is in our DNA!!!"
thy must hate him for breaking up their houses, lol
Excellent
WOW, the whole dam broke away,
Hey mate, just an idea for you; when you're coming at it from the top, make a tool just the same as the one you have, BUT weld or otherwise attach a plate on the top of the fork so that the water pressure assists you in pulling, better yet something like a snow shovel, something large, light, and concave, that way you can let the water do the pushing.
That was really incredible. I think this is the best one.
For me not :) but not bad :)
The beavers are now all at the dam building seminar We make my dams more stable against Kenislova's rake 🦫
Good luck and good health to you and your family
Thank you mate!
That was olympic standard running. 🎉🎉🎉🎉 CHAMPION😊😊
Just a suggestion...29 minutes in,,,,GREAT CAMERA 2 PLACEMENT,,, KUDOS., use that distance more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! & Camera 1 about 10 further back.. Great job on removal & video editing!!
Cheers :)
Wow. Awesome
Thanks!
Forgot you said Lithuania as your area. Elder here, sometimes the memory fades. One thing for sure, those Lithuania beavers use rocks for dam like the American ones do! ♥️🪵🦫🪵
Eine ganz tolle Arbeit, ich wünsche Dir viel Erfolg und alles Gute. Grüße aus Deutschland 😊😊👍👍
That was awesome!! 😊
WOW !! I'm going to get my personal flotation device in preparation for the flood !! (lol)
I can understand how these beaver dams collapse so easily.
Three quarters of the dam is made of mud.
Once you take the sticks off the pressure of the water pushes against it with force.
Still.
A great video to watch!👍🏆🏆
It's always fun to make collapse. But not always possible..
Goodwork fantastic take care godbless you ❤❤❤
Thank you!
28:00 How do the beavers place the rocks? Must be huge beavers to rolls those rocks around.
I faced many rocks in the dams. They bring it with their paws.
WOW, Excellent, Excellent, Excellent, ! Awesome job!👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I just have to say it, I take it these are beaver dams. It's quite impressive the Ingenuity of a beaver dam. You got to admit that beavers are brilliant when it comes to building dams.
I agree. I call them clever beavers. Much respect.

All i have to say is 2 Thumbs 👍 👍 up 😊 , i hope you and the family are doing well . Best wishes .
Thank you! we are well! ;)
You can just imagine a 2ft culvert down stream under a road when this whole beaver dam gets there.
Ken, Do I see fish occasionally?
Nope, most likely there was a stick :)
Sometimes I forget where you are and think I see an alligator swimming up behind you! Now that would be a great video!!! 🐊
There is no aligators :)
Great job.
Уникальный случай) Контент на разрушении плотин...и ведь очень интересно))
Sps!
Way to go!! Great job!!
Dam professor!!!
We really enjoy your videos on UA-cam and we are hooked on every episode you do,and keep up the good work 👍
Thank you very much Peter!
I ENJOYED THE VIDEO msTECH86 😊
It's not mstech :)
Witam i pozdrawiam serdecznie całą rodzinę.👋👍🇵🇱
Dziakuje!
Cant wait for the bevers fight back 🤣🤣🤣
Holy Cow!
On the first damn that collapsed the tsunami, you should’ve had your drone in the air so you could see the island float downstream
Far be it from me to criticize I love your stuff mate but why not put a third camera down stream so you don’t have to run?
It was really rare when I have to run :) 2 cameras is enough. Also it's additional investment.
@@Kenislovas fair enough it was a thought, I m home injured and your videos have been an odd but helpful coping tool. So be safe and make more lol
la force de l eau impressionnant
WOW 😮🎉
The beavers must have a great dental plan.
The long handle shovel would be easier on your back and make progress less laborious imo
When I will break which I have then.
After having a damn collapse and to keep the beavers from coming back has anybody ever tried using sent from wolves or bears?
What happens to baby beavers 😢
Seems to me as an ignorant damn breaker but looking at the structure the main support is the connection with land. That being the case I would spend most of my initial effort breaking that support. Then the water channeling both sides would do more of the work.
"Beaver Dam Tsunami" can be pronounced with the melody of "Vamos A La Playa". You´re welcome.
if post10 and this guy got together it would be like crossing the streams in ghostbusters
Where is your drone?
Every time Beaver Dam Removal.... go and bake a cake
Ok.
Are all these channles made for irrigation or WW1?
For draining✌️
Someday I want to start a UA-cam channel representing the beaver’s perspective…
Go for it :)
And we already have the wastelands to show the after effects of the removals
You'd probably get alot of "no comment" ha ha
You see the beaver swearing and kicking stuff😂😂😂😂😂
The equivalent of the book Watership down but for Beavers.
You should do more Sports 😅
I am doing a lot :D
One has to wonder how many times all of this material has ended up just reinforcing a dam downstream. It would probably make the downstream Beaver believe that there is a God.
Could the beavers be trapped and relocated (maybe they are) to areas where they are less detrimental to farming? This just seems like whack-a-mole with the little critters!
これは津波じゃない
鉄砲水です
This guys a fuckin machine 4:25 😂😂😂
PSA others may have said it but this is dangerous! Stay Safe out there!
those beavers must hate you, lol breaking up all their hard work,
Where are the beavers? Captive? Here they are protected but with your not beautiful hats ❤
They are in their tunnels. :)
Have you ever worked really hard on something, only to have someone destroy it?
#POST10
4:37 - You should learn how to time lapse (video editing speed up)
What is hard ? weight lifting ?
It looks like a dam that will flush if the young beavers build it. They don't anchor the sides well enough.
Inventing a new sport, Wader-sprinting?
Yeah :D
The beavers reall did a number on the dam
31:10They use Stones as Well???
Thought they only used wood and mudd?? DAMn Beavers are strong! Its like +10kilo rocks?🤣WTF!!! ????
They are using rocks, yes!
I guess you have to see a beaver dam fold to know the 'right' way to take one out.
The word "tsunami" is a loanword from Japanese, which means "harbor wave". It refers to the huge waves that hit the coast. Japan is an island country with many earthquakes and volcanoes, so "tsunami" has always had a big impact on our lives. Especially, in 2011, there was a great earthquake in eastern Japan, which caused a devastating "tsunami" that took away many people's lives and homes. On January 1, 2024, another strong earthquake of magnitude 7.6 hit the Noto region of Ishikawa Prefecture, triggering a major tsunami warning of up to 5 meters. The tsunami caused severe damage to the roads, buildings, and people in the area, leaving some trapped under the rubble. Some parts of the Noto Peninsula were flooded by more than 4 meters of water, and the maximum inundation depth was 5.1 meters. Therefore, "tsunami" is a word that reminds us of deep sadness and fear.
surely the beavers feel that way too.
@@gold-diggersanonymous1085 I don't want to use the word for joke😡🤬😡. I hate you.
Oxford on line dictionary defines tsunami as "a long high sea wave caused by an earthquake, submarine landslide or other disturbance." Doesn't sound anything like "harbor wave". I have no doubt that tsunami may well be Japanese in origin. But "harbor wave" doesn't match other definitions. Appears inconsistent with earthquakes or submarine landslides. Those don't appear related.
In Japanese Kanji, "tsunami" is written as "津波". "津" means harbor, and "波" means wave.
As you say, a tsunami is not a little big wave that happens in a pond or lake.
Japanese people never use the word "津波" and "tsunami" in any sense other than as a natural disaster, and the word "tsunami" naturally evokes a sense of tragedy for Japanese people. Therefore, we Japanese feel very uncomfortable and angry when non-Japanese simply use the word tsunami in a light-hearted way.
Japanese dictionary says that "A tsunami is a large wave that is caused by sudden changes in the natural environment of the seafloor or coast, such as earthquakes or volcanic eruptions. It can also be caused by rare events such as meteorite impacts or landslides in lakes. A tsunami has a very long wavelength and travels fast in the ocean. As it approaches the shore, it becomes higher and can cause disasters in ports and land areas."@@briananderson8733
