I think it's great seeing that sort of thing! It's one of the best things I've gained from these course vlogs.
As a beginner it's really useful to know that some lies are genuinely really hard, and I've been too hard on myself for playing a bad shot and not appreciating how hard some lies are for any standard of player.
If I do a similar thing on a practice round, I now go back and play 3-4 from the same lie to see how I can improve (assuming not holding anyone up).
Love the chemistry between Lockey and Crossfield. It's a big reason why these vlogs work on that high level like they do.
The sound of silence after Jame's chip-in is priceless. A little luck seems to really get under Mark's skin. Heck, James got the line right and made sure it got to the hole. That increases the odds of getting lucky exponentially. Well done guys.

I know some find Mark irritating but I love how much he enjoys himself. He laughs so much it's infectious. The perfect antidote to Lockey's mood swings. The way he duffs that pitch and just stands there pointing at it with childlike bemusement, priceless.

Well impressed with twitchard in this match, great temperament.
Ha ha I am gonna start playing with ear plugs in!! Voice is far more grating on the course and in your grill!! Glad everyone is enjoying this one, a truly fantastic course, rated 2nd hardest in Europe before and it is a killer if you lose concentration!!

This has been a great series. thanks. MARK CAN YOU HELP. I WAS WATCHING ON ANOTHER CHANNEL WHERE THEY SUGGESTED TO GET CHECK/ BACKSPIN ON THE GREEN THAT YOU DON'T TAKE A DIVOT. I SAID THAT IVE SEEN THE PROS AND OTHERS TAKE BIG DIVOTS ON THE APPROACH TO GET SPIN AND IT CHECKS UP NICELY BY THE HOLE; AS YOU GUYS HAVE DONE TODAY. (WELL DONE GREAT GOLF ON A 'tough' COURSE :-). PLEASE EXPLAIN THESE TWO THEORIES AND WHICH ONE IS EASIER FOR THE AVERAGE WEEKEND PLAYER. THANKS mARTIN

great course!, I would have to have a bag of 100 pond balls on the tee every 5 holes to combat my power fade. But all joking aside its just a bunch of mates having a good time, great viewing.

Mark seems to give himself way too many putts when no one says he can have it!!! Also A LOT of excuses for bad shots, man up and admit you miss hit the ball, it's not the grass etc, it's human error!!
