I love your channel! So encouraging to see. I am pregnant with my 5th and will have 5 kids 5 years and under and I often feel like others don’t understand the chaos! You definitely understand what it is like to juggle littles so close in age and it is so relatable!!

I watched Jen feed her twins solid food in this video. She made them cereal with bluberries, pear and mashed bananas. She has fed them solids in other videos as well. She also shared that only one twin has two teeth, while the other doesn't have any yet. I also think it is her choice how long she breast feeds. She may have had the pumps along for wait time in line at school. She is very scheduled.

Tiramisu is really good. I can understand the addiction. Maybe come up with a 70/30 system or 80/20 so you still have sweets but cut down to 20% or 30% of the time. Make it seem more of a special item than an everyday? I don’t know. I like a good dessert myself but try to keep it to a couple times a week.

Привет! спасибо! Начинала со всяких домашних пюре-кашек из желтой - сладкой картошки (тут в Америке она популярна), из морковки, сделала соус овощной для спагетти сегодня. Все замораживаю порциями. Начала Печь хлеб недавно; им мякушку размакиваю в молоке и они сами это едят, когда у меня времени нет. Буду стараться побольше это включать в видео; не думала, что многим будет интересно 😊

Maybe plan for one sugary treat/week- like cake... and the rest of the week have fruit or fruit with yogurt or make smoothies..................try to limit potatoes, white bread, pasta, white rice as those convert to sugar right away................
Sounds like it would be a good idea for me to cut almost all potatoes, bread, pasta, and white rice!! Then that way I could have more cake AND EAT IT TOO!!!

Using apples are a natural sweetener. Energy drinks are not for everyday people. They should be used if you are a sportsperson. If you don’t buy sweet things , they are not there to tempt you.
It’s amazing how much you get done in a day with a beautiful family. Have you heard of the cozy mom (I think it’s called) wearable breast pump where you don’t have to sit down and pump but can just go on with your day while pumping?
Yes, I have them , i used to use them a lot. but they don;t quite get as much milk out as my spectra. I do like them though.

Yes, they do. more so in the playroom , where i have a fluffy softer rug, or their bedroom, so that they don;t hit their heads if they fall. Alex tends to fall backwards . But yes, they do sit up quite a bit and play.

I do, I think veggies are so-so important. I probably just did not catch it on camera yet. I premade carrot and sweet potato purees and froze them, they also have veggie sauce spagetti, and I also feed them seeds (chia, hemp). There are new things they have every day. I'll include in my videos

You can make your own tiramisu with sweetener powder instead of sugar. Almond bread is nice too. Iv cut down on coffee but no way I’d give it up! Love seeing you and your adorable family.
