In this video I will share my experience regarding the termination of my Apple Developer account by Apple. I would like to make it clear that this experience was the worst experience I ever received by apple, and that I am completely disappointed and surprised that this even happened.
Also I would like to make it clear that everyone is bound to do mistakes, and I would have respected Apple's decision to remove my account if one of my mistakes was harming or harmed any App Store users. However I am making this video to specifically complain about how Apple was completely vague when it came to explaining what I actually did wrong and how they said they will be ignoring my messages and emails forward.

Here is an update!
Apple officially shut down my account. All my apps are removed!
The only thing I can view is statistics and analytics regarding my previously published apps.
A reminder that as soon as you no longer have an app developer account you lose some capabilities from your development environment such as Xcode capabilities.
You also lose all your support and communication with Apple as a developer.
Also I still have no idea why any of this happened.
Have they paid you funds resulting from ur sales pending at the time of account termination?

Run into same situation i ran a company for client games too . Just want to ask were you using any external API etc to fetch data ? Because i never understand how their resolution centre team actually works .
no my apps were all simple dont even connect to the internet
I was planning to open a developer account until I saw your video. Before I do so, I will follow you to see if you get any resolution as to what you did to encounter the response that you did. I wish you the best.
Thank you for watching my video and for your comment. Please do not get me wrong, having an Apple Developer program is definitely necessary specially if you want to create more complex apps. I think you would create an account and experiment with some apps, however it is a disappointing behaviour from apple that I did not expect and can't guarantee the same won't happen to anyone else.

Hi, i wonder does Apple pay the previous sales of the app after the account is terminated?
I have some sales under my account but there does not seem to be anyway for me to withdraw it. If they end up terminating my account I will let you know what happens. I sent them another email, so waiting to see what they say about it.

You will need to withdraw your money before the account is terminated.
Unfortunately if you still had some funds, I believe there is a chance you might have lost it.
The same happened with me, apple is really out of line doing this to developers.
I hope you find a way to fix this issue.

@@hamzakarmouni5552 Unfortunately no, Apple is going to steal your earnings. We pay all the advertising cost in advance (including their Apple Search Ads) but now they stole all the earnings.

Same here.. I was not even allowed to register as a Apple Developer and got blocked.. customer support won't tell me why and say they can't help me.. I just don't understand how you can block a person that never was your customer?.. as you say my communication is also blocked to support.. so I can't even send them emails..

Hey, I'm going through the same issue. I just opened my account a month ago for hobby purposes and I got a termination notice 4 days ago. I still can't believe this nor understand what I did wrong. I also felt as if Apple was doing as little as possible to guide/help me through this strenuous process. It's absolutely ridiculous that I paid almost $100 for my membership and only got to use it for a month.

i'm facing same problem like yours. i have try to contact many times with Apple Support advisor but didn't get solution.
even i have send many mail but solution is zero. most disappointed things is they are doesn't provide any kind of information. i thing they terminated membership so developer buy one more membership with 99 USD.
Apple will not respond to anyone :/ I even tried contacting the corporate office here in Australia, and the result was always the same. Good luck, but I hope someone from apple starts tackling the very rude customer service.

My play store developer account was terminated without any notice am not sure why, the funny thing is that there do not care about your appeal, There are no second chance. I was planning to create an Apple developer account so decided to research to know if Apple also terminate developer account then I saw this video, and now I don't know what to do anymore.
Today I’ve got same message from apple. I’ve made my own game in unity and uploaded it on App Store and google play store, google approved without problem, apple said I’m associated with someone that are flagged and my account will be terminated too 🤯 funniest thing is that I’m independent dev and I don’t share my developer account with other ppl… I’m so mad, waiting for their reply now but I’m 100% sure I will have same situation as yours, they say I broke the rules but don’t tell me which one…

Please do get one, Apple is amazing with everything else specially the developer tools you get. It's just that one thing.

Hello friend, my account has been terminated too:( It has been closed for 8 months, but I have a question on my mind. If I open a new account with my own name, will they understand this?
If you open another account with your email, name or same card they will pick it up and shut it down.

Apple is fucking terrible man, at least give us a warning?? I feel like taking away the account without even a warning might violate some law.
They are horrible... They actually did that to me again just this week. I will be taking legal advice to them this time

apple has useless customer support 😒
They have decent customer support for customers and consumers, but for some reason when it comes to developers the people who legit make their ecosystem anything of value they have 0 support
My Apple Dev account just got removed. I think right now all the major companies are doing the same thing. My movies were removed from Amazon without notice, FB pages were hacked and they have a page that doesn't work so I can't get them back and no human to speak to and now my Apple Dev account. They are getting rid of the small independents, it feels as though it is a concerted effort. I wouldn't advise your clients to get their own accounts and add you as a Developer because first they will make more revenue and secondly they will do the same thing. Squeeze the small guy!!!! THIS CANNOT BE CO-INCIDENCE!
You basically asked for it, because you waste your time on the Apple eco-system. Move to windows, linux, android. Stop wasting time on Apple products/platform eco-system.
Their environment is great for developers and they offer nice tools. However it seems like they are so up themselves when it comes to their conflict resolution. They assume they are correct and don't even hear out their developers.
