      Thanks for your feedback! This was a presentation recorded at one of our member conferences and we didn't have microphones for the audience back then. You'll be glad to hear this has been changed so we won't have this problem in the future :)

    Only one complaint: he often tries eliciting responses he expects to get, but doesn't get them. He thinks we know what he wants us to say. Time gets wasted.
