except for ebay and Amazon i am not sure how good other are...but if your jog wheel has problems especially scratching, open it up and try to clean where the top aluminum plate (the one you touch when scratching) touches the body..sometimes they get dust and don't conduct signal good, especially the left side for some reason does that...if you can clean it up or blow the dust and see if that helps before spending money in parts.
