Immerse Yourself in Ancient History on the Boyne Valley Camino walk

The Boyne Valley Camino is a gorgeous walk, starting in Drogheda in County Louth, Ireland.
Starting in the town centre, the well-signposted path brings you along the River Boyne and through the mystical Townley Hall Woods towards the ancient ruined Melliont Abbey. Coming back, you can stop for refreshments in Tullyallen Village before traversing the enchanting Belnumber Woods.
This is a great looped track for anyone who doesn't have a car - you can get the train from Dublin straight to Drogheda as your get-in and get-out from the train head.
